There were three new discovers : 1. The phago-assistant membrane was a nonciliary membrane between two pieces of wave membrane. It tightened with Endoral membrane into cytoplasm formatting cytostome and cytopharynx; 2. Cytoplasm formatted digestive structure which is a stable network digestive channel system but casual food vacuoles. 3. The Oral Primordium field , the assemble and transport of microtubules and membrane were all in the aborve channel system.

有三项新的发现：吞噬辅助膜为位于两波动膜之间的非纤毛膜，并与口内膜一道包卷进入胞质形成胞口、胞咽；细胞质分化出固定的网络状消化腔隙而不是形成临时性的食物泡；口原基场及微管、小膜的装配运输都在此腔隙中进行。

In this paper, a new method, pre-crosslinking control method, has been developed for controlling the pore structure of carbon membrane. By this method, the pore structure of carbon membrane was controlled by adjusting the fusibility of resin through varying the hexamine content used in the pre-crosslinking treatment.

在实验过程中，发现了一种调控微滤炭膜孔径的新方法，即通过改变预固化过程中六次甲基四胺的用量来控制预固化程度，从而改变成膜树脂粒子在炭化过程中的熔融特性，实现对炭膜孔径的调控，同时影响炭膜强度。

Firstly, the theory and knowledge of sparking and burning are briefly introduced. The holistic project of this experiment is designed aiming to the experiment motive. And then the micro-process technique on silicon is chosen. According to the technique, the structure and size of the micro chamber, the spark device, the gas-fired channels are designed. The mask of lithography is produced based on the design. At last, the whole burning room is produced by the techniques of photolithography, deposition, dry etching, wet etching, lift off, etc.

本文首先介绍了点火燃烧的有关原理和基本知识，然后根据提出的实验研究目标，确定了微小空间内点火特性实验总体方案，之后结合拟采用的硅微加工工艺设计确定了微燃烧室、放电点火装置、燃气通道等各部件的结构尺寸，并最终得到光刻用掩膜版图形，最后分别采用光刻、淀积、干法刻蚀、湿法刻蚀、剥离等硅微加工技术完成了实验用微燃烧室的制作。

Various mole ratios of acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate were used to copolymerize in aqueous solution by Redox and the copolymers were obtained. The copolymers containing MOCT were synthesized by adding MOCT before copolymerization. The copolymer were derived from the copolymerization of AN and MMA in 30L kettle and then were mixed with various contents of MOCT, the copolymer films were cast by solution of the copolymer containing MOCT.

本课题采用不同摩尔比的丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行水相沉淀聚合，制备了AN／MMA共聚物；在聚合阶段加入正十八烷微胶囊，制得了正十八烷微胶囊含量不同的共聚物；选择合适的条件进行大釜聚合，得到共聚物后与不同比例的正十八烷微胶囊混合，通过流延制得正十八烷微胶囊含量不同的共聚物膜；并尝试进行了纺丝实验。

The longer the alkyl-chains are, the stronger the surface activity of cosurfactant is. It's liable to form mixed film at interface with surfactant. Alcohol with short chain has weak surface activity and"solubilize" in reverse micromulsion to adjust micropolarity of microemulsion, so alcohol not only to act as cosurfactant but also act as"cosolute"in reverse microemulsion.

The purpose of the next part of my work is looking for if there are other proteins translocate in lipid microdomains after insulin stimulation.

These results demonstrated that the sectional structure of the nozzle's orifice would not significantly affect the morphology and the size of the generated microspheres at least for the present system. RESS was also performed by nozzle B at the extraction temperature and pressure of 388K and 30.0MPa and pre-expansion temperature of 453K, and agglomerated microspheres with mean diameter of 0.8μm were obtained.
