The core of the system is DSP controller TMS320LF2407A made by TI ,the motor obtained the signal of rotor position by testing the Back-EMF,got s tarting by variable frequency and fixed-speed running by forming a close-loo p with the method of Phase-Locked Logic.

从微处理方面来讲，TM S320LF2407A是TI公司为运动系统控制设计的专用D SP芯片，与传统的微处理器，如51，96系列单片机相比，该芯片在处理速度，控制精度以及集成度方面都有很大优势。

In order to determine the bacterial composition of the community,11 isolate strains were detected by plate isolation,while a community reset by the 11 isolate strains lost the capacity of degrading cellulose. The capacity of degrading of the filter paper in double deck plate and monolayer plate were determined,only the filter paper in double deck plate were degraded,that means the main or key microbe are anaerobic.

为系统了解复合系的菌种组成，在有氧条件下，利用传统的平板画线法分离到11株单菌，将11株单菌按体积比1∶1重新组合并不具备分解纤维素的能力，利用单层和双层平板滤纸法检测NSC-7的分解能力，发现只有双层平板上的滤纸变黄且降解，说明复合系内纤维素降解的关键菌是厌氧或微好氧菌。

I design the Optic power meter as the embedded-system. The mini controller of the Optic power meter is TI' s TMS320vc5410A. We design relevant hardware and software to meet the performances that the Optic power meter demand. From many means , we select the means that using net interface card chip to connect the Optic power meter to internet.
