Methods The activities of liver microsomal erythromycin N-demethylaseand aminopyrine N-demethylase were measured by spectrophotometry. The levels of mRNA expressions of CYP3A1, CYP1A2, CYP2E1, mdrla and mdrlb in hepatic microsome were determined with RT-PCR method.

用分光光度法测定大鼠肝微粒体红霉素N-脱甲基酶、氨基比林N-脱甲基酶的活性，用逆转录聚合酶链反应技术测定大鼠肝脏CYP3A1、CYP1A2、CYP2E1、mdr la和mdr lb基因的水平。

Mehtod: animals were given intraperitoneally normal saline(10ml/kg.d), phenobarbital (40mg/kg.d) and puerarin (100, 200mg/kg.d) respectively for seven days. Then the levels of hepatic microsomal CYP and cytochrome b5(Cytb5), and the activities of aniline hydroxylase and aminopyrine N-demethylase were determined by spectrophotography.

实验动物分别腹腔注射生理盐水、苯巴比妥（40mg/kg.d）、葛根素（100和200 mg/kg.d），给药7d后，用分光光度法测定肝微粒体CYP和细胞色素b5(Cytb5)的含量，以及苯胺羟化酶和氨基比林N-脱甲基酶的活性。
