本实验采用东北大学陶瓷研究所研制成功的由Ti粉和Ni粉为主要原料，采用TiH_2和NH_4HCO_3作为造孔剂，通过粉末冶金方法制备的多孔NiTi合金，并采用真空灌注羟基磷灰石的方法取得的种植体的新材料，在添加TiH_2做为造孔剂的基础上在Ti：Ni原子比为50%：50%的试样中添加NH_4HCO_3做为第二种造孔剂后，试样中的气孔经检测是由100～500μm的大孔、1～50μm小孔和1μm以下的微孔组成，产生了合理的粗化表面并同时得到了固位良好的生物涂层。

The conventional method of preparing fine cemented carbide is to reduce and carburize fine W and WC powder at low temperature, then inhibitors,such as TaC, Cr3C2 and VC, are usually added into the powder to prevent the WC grains from coarsening during sintering.

制取这种微晶硬质合金通常的方法是，用还原和碳化方法，首先得到细W粉和WC粉，然后加入TaC、Cr3C2和VC等晶粒长大抑制剂，并且通常是将这些抑制剂加入到W粉或WC粉中，防止WC晶粒在烧结时长大变大变粗。

The mutagenicity of seed powder and seed oil of transgenic CryIA cotton to mammals and fish was evaluated in this study. The raw cotton seed powder or seed oil was mixed into mice and fish's diet. Cyclophosphamide and NaF were used as positive controls respectively. Regular cotton seed powder and seed oil were used as negative controls. The micronucleus frequency in mice bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and in eripheral erythrocytes of Zebrafish were assayed in this study. The sperm malformation rate in mice was also investigated.

摘 要：分别以环磷酰胺和氟化钠作为阳性诱变剂，以普通棉的棉籽粉及棉籽油作为对照物，同时设阴性对照组，以成年封闭群昆明种雄性小鼠和斑马鱼为实验材料，将棉籽粉或棉籽油掺入饲料中饲喂小鼠或斑马鱼，检测小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞（Polychromatic erythrocytes， PCE）微核率（Micronucleus frequency， MN‰）和精子畸变率，以及斑马鱼外周血红细胞微核率。

The results showed that the optimum conditions were 60 hole oat powder, ratio of oat powder and water 1:10, addition of α-amylase 40U/ml, time for hydrolysis 2h, temperature for extraction 75℃, and pH8.0, dialysis for microhole film 2h.
