Microfluidic chips took microchannels as a network to link a micropump, microvalve, reservoir, electrode, microdetector. It integrated analytical functions of sampling, dilution, adding reagent, reaction, isolation and so on, which was called micro total analysis systems,μTAS.

A glass die, a micro replication characteristic of PDMS and an electroplating technology are used to make the three-dimensional microelectrode array. A precise cutting machine is used to cut the glass to form a column array and a mixture of HF and NH4F is used to produce the corresponding structure serving as the die of the micro replication of PDMS. The photoetching technology is left out and the limitation of a photoresist on the dimension of the three-dimensional structure is eliminated; therefore the longer microelectrode array can be made. The length of the microelectrode array depends on the incision depth of the glass and the electroplating technology of deep hole of the metal.

本发明利用玻璃模具、PDMS的微复制特性和电镀技术制作三维微电极阵列，用精密切割机切割玻璃形成柱状阵列，用HF和NH 4 F的混合液腐蚀出相应的结构作为PDMS微复制的模具，免去了光刻工艺，消除了光刻胶对三维结构尺寸的限制，可以制作更大长度的微电极阵列，这一长度决定于玻璃的切割深度和金属的深孔电镀技术。

The Yushulin oilfield is located in eastern slope of Sanzhao seg of central sag zone in the northern part of Songliao basin. Its main oil-producing formations are Fuyu and Yangdachengzi oil layers of mesozoic group cretaceous. Its reservoir is fluvial facies sediment. Main sandstone is positive circle channel sandstone with calcium in the beneath, and microelectrode curve is box distribution function. Its secondary oil-producing formation is Yaoyi part of Putaohua oil layer. Its reservoir is delta front sediment. Main sandstone is subaquatic distributary channel sandstone, and microelectrode curve is box distribution function.

榆树林油田处于松辽盆地北部中央坳陷区三肇凹陷东部斜坡，主要产油层系是中生界白垩系泉三、四段的扶余、杨大城子油层，储层为河流相沉积，主要砂体为有底钙存在的正旋回河道砂体，微电极曲线形态为箱型；其次为姚一段的葡萄花油层，储层为三角洲内前缘沉积，主要砂体为水下分流河道砂体，微电极曲线形态为箱型。

The results showed that the CV performance of PbO〓/PbSO〓 and PbSO〓/Pb powder microelectrode transformed from PbCO〓 under the optimize condition (the positive electrode was activated by asymmetric CV and asymmetric square wave current ways and the negative electrode using asymmetric CV) were better. Their electrode performances were as good as those made from leady oxide product by ball mill under the same conditions.

结果表明，将PbCO〓先制成粉末微电极，在30℃ 1.0mol/L H〓SO4〓溶液中经过化学转化为硫酸铅粉末微电极，以不对称信号活化(对PbO〓/PbSO〓电极，采用不对称循环伏安和不对称方波电流两种方法；对PbSO〓/Pb电极，采用不对称循环伏安法)得到电极的性能最好，正极活性物质的利用率高达89％，负极的达95％。

The array chip takes a flexible transparent polyimide thin membrane as the base, the lower surface can form a cross comb-shaped array multimicroelectrode, the electrode group is composed of two comb-shaped microelectrode array electrodes which are mutually crossed but not contacted with the electrical structures not being connected, and the microchannel between the both internal electrodes of the electrode group serves as the service passage; the array chip is inversely buckled on the fusion pool, and the cross comb-shaped array multimicroelectrode on the array chip correspondes to the cell electric fusion pool and falls in the cell electric fusion pool.

A panticular NO microelectrode has been developed,possessing good selectivity, sensitivity, and mechanical strength, and a novel test technique of NO microelectrode has been established.
