Through an analysis on the model of whole channel, it is found that there are some stagnant regions and vortexes in the channel, where the debris in the water might deposit instead of being carried away, potentially leading to the channel clogging which is testified by experiments and applications.

低速区和&死水区&都是造成流道内物理颗粒沉积和微生物滋长而堵塞流道的主要原因，试验和实际使用都证明了这一点，本文提出了相应的结构优化方法。

The results indicate that:(1)Compare with the comparion, the soil physics character are improved after vegetation restortion , the soil unit weight in cyclobalanopsis glauca, Pinus elliottii, Robinia pseudoacacia , mixed forest and fire slash shrub separatly are 1.525g/cm~3, 1.426 g/cm~3, 1.625 g/cm~3, 1.482 g/cm~3, 1.423 g/cm~3. We can find the soil unit weight in other forest all bigger than the comparion (1.580 g/cm~3) except Robinia pseudoacacia .All these mean forest soil is looser and better capacity for aerated and dank.

结果表明：(1)植被恢复后林地土壤物理性质有良好的改进，青冈、湿地松、刺槐、混交林、火烧迹地灌丛容重分别为：1.525g/cm~3、1.426g/cm~3、1.625g/cm~3、1.482g/cm~3、1.423g/cm~3，除刺槐外其他林地均低于对照(1.580g/cm~3)，上述几种林分的孔隙度分别为：45.872%、51.956%、44.093%、50.485%、55.648%、47.228%，说明林地内土壤较对照更为疏松、通气透水能力更强，更有利于土壤微生物的活动，为研究区土壤肥力的提高奠定了基础。

Methods: Forty-three indiviuals who were exposed to arsenic more than 0.05mg/L in well water were chosen and the vein blood and morning urine was collected; The MTHFR C677 polymorphism was analyzed by PCR-RFLP method; Urinary inorganic and methylated arsenic were speciated by high performance liquid chromatography combined with hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry; Microbiological assay was used to estimate serum folate.

After analyzing the hydrodynamic condition and the variations of the water environment factors over the past 20 years(1983-2003) of Tieshangang bay ,we tried to find out the relationship between the self-purifying ability and the environment factors of Tieshangang Bay.

通过对铁山港湾水动力条件及20a(1983~2003年)来水环境因子变化状况的分析，探讨了该湾水体自净能力及其与环境因子之间的关系，结果表明：该湾具有较强的水体自净能力，但其物理净化能力是以潮流的水动力作用影响为主，迳流影响较小，与北海湾和钦州湾有明显差别；其化学净化能力主要体现在溶解氧的含量水平、有机污染物的氧化分解能力、营养盐的形态转化及消减程度上；其生物净化能力则体现在微生物及浮游动植物对有机物的直接降解及间接贡献上，具有贫营养区的水体自净特点。
