The high-efficiency compound flocculant-producing bacteria was acquired through separation and purification of flocculant-producing bacteria in soil, and they were authenticated systematically by using electronic microscope and DNA technology. The study shows that two are actinomycete and one is microzyme among three kinds of bacteria which have same characteristics of physiology and biochemistry.
