Some new organizational patterns of microtubules (that have not been described before) were observed during microsporogenesis, including the existence of a broad band of perinuclear microtubules at the diakinesis stage of development.

主要包括：(1)在细线期，从核膜向胞质衍射的微管呈螺旋状，显示核具旋转功能；(2 )在偶线期，微管的分布呈极性分布现象；(3)在终变期，核被一组微管形成的宽带围绕着。

The amount of vimentin IF per cell was higher than those of tubulin and F-actin at 12-24h of culture, but it broken down and decreased steadily when the cells became differentiated into late erythroblast at 36-48h of culture, thus facilitated the eccentric nucleation which we regard it as the initial step of denucleation. Both of the fluorescence intensity of tubulin and actin exhibited a significant rise and aggregated between the extruding nucleus and incipient reticulocyte before and during denucleation, and finally play a role in the commitent to ennucleation, the second phase of denucleation.

In resting cysts, the microtubules under the pellicle, cortical ciliatures, conjunctions between cilia basal bodies, supporting structure of basal bodies and other microtubule structures are absorbed in different extent; microtubule-like assemble bodies appear at the center of the remained cilia basal bodies; the granules of chromatin and nucleolus in macronucleus become smaller whereas nucleus pores of the micronucleus become bigger; the inner membrane of some nucleus pores are attached with chromatin.

结果表明：纤毛虫形成包囊过程中，皮层细胞质中产生具有自噬泡消化特征的细胞器，将部分纤毛结构等逐步消化；休眠包囊中，表膜下微管、皮层纤毛器和纤毛基体间连接、基体托架及其他微管结构不同程度地被吸收、在残剩纤毛基体的中央形成微管形结构聚合体，大核染色质和核仁颗粒变小，核孔增大，并发生染色质附着于核孔内膜的现象；细胞脱包囊期间，皮层细胞骨架、线粒体等经历了在残剩结构基础上的再分化。

Thischapter proposes three concepts,i.e.,kernelled quasidifferential,star-kerneland star-differential,and establishes their operational properties.A sufficiencytheorem and a sufficiency and necessity theorem for a quasi-kernel being a ker-nelled quasidifferential are proven.Both the existence of star-kernel for a qua-sidifferentiable function and the existence of star-differential for a directionallydifferentiable function are established.The relationships between sub-and su-per derivatives and Penot differentials are discussed as well.

这一章我们引入了三个概念，即核拟微分，星核与星微分并建立了它们的运算性质；证明了拟核为核拟微分的一个充分条件定理及一个充分与必要条件定理；建立了拟可微函数星核的存在性及方向可微函数星微分的存在性并讨论了Penot微分与上、下导数的关系。

The results indicate that the different concentrations of As2O3 can induce high frequency of micronucleus and chromosome aberration.Besides,it can accumulate the metaphases in mitosis efficiently and prevent the cells from continuing their cell cycle.

结果表明：不同浓度的As2O3在不同处理时间内均能诱发较高的微核率和染色体畸变率，并能有效地积累中期分裂相，阻止其进入后期与末期。
