制备工艺为：咪唑斯汀粉碎过100目筛，HPMC K4MCR、乳糖、微晶纤维素、酒石酸氢钾粉碎过100目筛；原辅料加入快速制粒机中搅拌均匀，加入10% EC乙醇溶液为粘合剂，制成圆整的小粒； 50℃烘干，水分控制在2%～3%之间；18目筛整粒；加入1%的硬脂酸镁混合均匀；压片，硬度10kg。
