The MRC model of ICCD imaging system under the condition of standard A lamp is calculated, compared and analysed in the dissertation. The results indicate that the higher the spatial frequency is, the bigger the MRC parameter is.

In this paper, the noise sources of the EBCCD imaging system have been analyzed and a SNR model has been established. It shows that the SNR of output image is related not only to the input illuminance on the cathode but also to the spatial frequency of the input image. This has been proved by a series of experiment. Unperfectness of the detecting equation has been pointed out in this paper.
