Using ethyne as source gas, CNTs were successfully synthesized by CVD method. By comparing different synthesis technics, the influences of parameter to the grow of CNTs, such as catalysts, growth time, reaction temperature and ratio of all kinds of carrier gases were investigated. The results showed that the influence of carrier gas, reaction temperature, and the growth time on synthesis of CNTs was significant. In conclusion, a better condition for carbon nanotube growth was obtained. Through analyzing Raman Spectrum of samples, GM and SWNTs' characteristic peak-RBM was indicated.

采用乙炔为碳源、氢气和氩气为载气，利用气相催化热解法在AAO模板上成功的制备出了纳米碳管，用TEM，SEM，EDS，Raman等表征方法研究了生长温度、裂解时间、载气含量和不同催化剂对碳纳米管的石墨化程度、产物形态的影响，指出了单壁碳纳米管的特征振动模式—径向呼吸振动模以及拉伸振动模式G模，缺陷导致的D模，并采用蒸金后的样品进行了场发射的测试，得到了F-N曲线，与理论符合较好。

Cylindrical roller bearings NJ (Figure 1.20) have two lips on the outer ring and one on the inner ring; they can take up axial forces in one direction. Design NUP (Figure 1.21d) is installed as a locating bearing to sustain frequently reversing axial forces.

The bifurcation and chaos behavior of impact and rubbing fault rotor system caused by the parameters of nonlinear rigidity, rotor rotating speed, eccentric mass is analyzed, in the numerical value analysis method. The bifurcation diagrams, maximum Lyapunov exponent diagrams, Poincaré maps, phase plane portraits, trajectories of journal center, time-history curve, amplitude spectra diagrams of the rotor motion are used. The convert and evolution course of periodical response, quasi-periodical response, double-periodical bifurcation, chaos of the system response is analyzed.(3). It is deduced that the general differential equation of bending-torsional-pendular coupling vibration about rotor with the gyroscopic moment. On the basis of this equation, the general differential equations of coupled bending, torsional and pendular nonlinear vibration about rotor with unbalance character and rubbing character are deduced.

The first chapter of the paper mainly states the research of HPM source and HPM appliance based on the transit-time effect,the second chapter introduces a variety of HPM source in investgating course,capability,fabric,research condition,developing tendency aspects and so on,the third chapter descants HPM source based on the axial transit-time effect , the radial transit-time effect and the low diode impedance HPM source based on the axial transit-time effect,the forth chapter includes a conclusion of HPM source and HPM appliance based on the transit-time effect,and gives a assumption of the work in the future.

本文第一章主要简述了高功率微波源和基于渡越时间效应的器件的研究情况，第二章从研发过程、性能参数、结构特点、研究现状、发展趋势等方面系统介绍了各种高功率微波源。第三章则从各个方面详尽介绍了基于轴向渡越时间效应、基于径向渡越时间效应的器件以及低阻抗的轴向渡越时间振荡器，第四章则对高功率微波源和基于渡越时间效应的器件的发展做出了结论，并对以后的工作提出了构想。

Daubechies'wavelet frame theorem is extended from one dimension to n dimensions. According to this framework, an example of n-dimensional radial wavelet is given. Differing from tensor product multidimensional wavelet, the radial wavelet is inseparable, locally supported and infinitely differentiable. The family, obtained by dilations and translations from this radial wavelet, constitutes a special type of radial wavelet frame in L〓.
