This study indicates that the tested samples must be 1mm diameter, over-dried at 40℃ for 24h and airtight cooling for 24h before measured for air-dry samples, and softly planish the surface at measuring. Lastly, the illuminating condition of light must be the same. This study indicates that the testing geometric condition are light source angle 15°, light source distance 30cm and sensor distance 15cm for soil hyperspectra indoor. The surface of white reference must be the same plane of that of sample.

第一个环节的"相同"是指田间土壤样品采集时的剖面位置一致，如表层土都采集0～15cm深度范围内的土壤，且所采集的样品应能尽量具备研究对象的代表性；第二个环节的"相同"是指土壤制备过程中的一些前处理条件应一致，建议土壤光谱测试样品的粒径1mm，风干土壤样品测试前在40℃恒温条件下烘24小时，然后密闭冷却24小时，测试时土壤表面进行稍稍压平处理；第三个环节的"相同"是保证测试光照条件的一致性，建议在50W卤素灯、8°探头角条件下，采用15°的光源照角度、30cm的光源距离和15cm作为室内士壤高光谱测试几何条件，测试时除遵循光谱测试指南的要求外，还须保证参考板表面与测试土壤样品的表面在同一平面上。

The main reason why quarter-sawn board of Birch had smaller dry compressing shear strength than flat-sawn board of Birch in normal conditions was that Birch had different shear strength to the grain between quarter-sawn board and flat-sawn board. 造成柞木径切板的常态压缩剪切强度比弦切板的常态压缩剪切强度大的主要原因是，在径切板和弦切板上早材胶接的比例不同，径切板的胶合强度试件上早材胶接的比例相对少，而弦切板的胶合强度试件上早材胶接的比例比径切板的胶合强度试件上早材胶接的比例相对大，由于早晚材胶接过程中强度决定于早材，这部分胶接强度比较低，这就使得柞木径切板的常态压缩剪切强度比弦切板的大；同时在柞木弦径面胶接过程中由于实际胶接面积的不同也能造成弦径面上API胶粘剂与之形成的化学键的数量不同，这也是造成柞木径切板的常态压缩剪切强度比弦切板的大的原因之一。

In this study, the methodology of linear structural rela- tionship model of latent variable has been studied which is the first time in China. Some extended conclusions have been come up to, such as multi-factor congeneric measure model, the reliability of measurable variable and its hy- pothesis test, the relation between standardized solution and unstandardized solution, multidimensional path model with measure errors, and multilevel model of latent vari- able. Some examples have been shown to help apply these results in practice, such as the analyses of the children growth-development data, the bone density data and the health resources data by means of latent variable model. Not only have new explanations for these data been achieved, but also powerful patterns for applying the theoretical methods in medical sciences and other fields.
