目的 探讨缺陷型精神分裂症神经系统软体征及其相关因素方法将175例精神分裂症病人采用Carpenter提出的关于缺陷综合征的诊断标准划分缺陷型（47例）、非缺陷型（128例），对其神经系统软体征进行评定，同时应用阴性症状评定量表、阳性症状评定量表、简明智能评定量表、住院精神病人社会功能评定量表分别进行评定并进行相关分析。
