objective to study the correlation among psychosomatic health factors,depression,anxiety and sleep status in college students,to analyze influence factors in sleep status.methods with questionnaire opened in-vestigation,200college students were evaluated using cornell medical index,self-rating depression,self-rating anxiety scaleand pittsburgh sleep quality index.stepwise regression analysis was used.re-sults total score of sds was35.55±7.8,and sas was0.48±0.9.each score of cmi was higher than normal range,the highest was digestion system,next was respiration system,then,fatigue,eyes and ears,anxiety,sensitivity,tension,maladjustment in turn.total average score of psqi was6.32±3.6,ordinary sleep were115cases（57.5%）,good and bad sleep were42（21%）and43（21.5%）cases respectively.influence factors in total score of psqi were sas,cmi,respiration system,anxiety,past healthy,digestion system,fatigue,sensitivity,sds and malad-justment in turn,using stepwise regression analysis,total score of psqi as dependent variable,each factor score of cmi,total score of sds and sas as independent variables.conclusion problems of psychosomatic health,anxiety and depression could both lead to sleep disorder.

目的 研究在校大学生心身健康因素及抑郁焦虑等与睡眠状况的相关性，并对影响睡眠状况的有关因素进行分析。方法采用问卷式的开放性研究，对在校的200名大学生进行康奈尔心身健康问卷、自评抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表的测定，采用逐步回归分析方法。结果 sds总分为35.55±7.8、sas总分为0.48±0.9，cmi评分：消化系统最为严重评分为2.52，其次为呼吸系统、疲劳感、眼和耳、焦虑、敏感、紧张、不适应等，评分均高于正常常模。psqi总均分为6.32±3.6，一般睡眠有115例占57.5%，睡眠质量较好42例占21.0%，睡眠质量较差43例占21.5%。评估对睡眠状况的影响程度，以psqi总分为因变量，选择cmi各因子分和sds、sas总分作为自变量，进行多因素逐步回归分析，进入方程的因素依据标准化偏回归系数，影响psqi总分的因素依次为sas总分、cmi总分、呼吸系统、焦虑、既往健康、消化系统、疲劳感、敏感、sds总分、不适应（f=226.8；p.01；r=0.73）。结论心身健康问题和焦虑抑郁可导致睡眠障碍。

结果 学习不良学生的心理健康状况较差；不同性别、年级的学习不良学生心理健康无差异；社会支持对其心理健康产生正面影响；青少年负性生活事件对其产生负面影响。

Following studies had been performed:(1)repetitive WLT and real-time ultrasonography had been performed to 18 HS and 40 FD toassess the reproducibility and influencing factors.(2) correlations of WLT with symptomscore and electrogastrography had been analysed.(3) differences ofWLT between HS and FD had been compared.(4) methophenolane andimmunohistochemistry stain of gastric fundus mucosa biopsy from 40 FD patients hadbeen performed to analyse the correlations of symptom score and WLT with count andactivity of mast cells, 5-HT level, and H.Pylori infectious status.(5) the effect of oralsumatriptan to proximal stomach function in 10 HS and 10 FD had been assessed, so as toestablish the possible regulating mechanism of fundic relaxation, explore the therapeuticpotential and feasibility of sumatriptan on FD.Results:I. Evaluation of WLT and its application in FD management.

我们主要进行以下几个方面的研究：(1)对18名健康人及40名FD患者重复进行水负荷试验并结合B超声对近端胃的实时监测，评价水负荷试验结果的可靠性并分析其影响因素；(2)观察水负荷试验结果与症状积分及体表胃电结果的相关性；(3)比较FD患者和健康成人水负荷试验结果的差别；(4)对40名FD患者胃底粘膜活检组织进行免疫组化染色和甲苯胺蓝染色，观察FD患者的症状及水负荷试验结果与胃底粘膜肥大细胞、5-HT表达情况及H.pylori感染情况的相关性：(5)观察口服舒马曲坦对10名健康人及10名FD患者近端胃功能的影响，并由此推测胃底舒张运动调节的生理机制，探讨口服舒马曲坦治疗FD的可行性。

Randomly adopted 1000 students from 6 country middle schools and 4 country elementary schools, and get 813 available subjects. We can find that: the percentage of Left-behind children is the largest in the whole children, especially Left-behind children who have only one parent; and mentally healthy situations of Left-behind children are poorer than those who are not, the poorest are children who are looked after by compeers or even no rearings; the situations of children who have been Left-behind children also are not so good, there are significant differences mentally healthy between them and those who have not been, while anxiety scores are only a little lower. And there are differences in sex, grade, quarter, single or not and years parents being out among those who are Left-behind children. There are differences of parenting styles among different styles of children caring. Totally speaking, the scores on positive parenting styles of no left-behind children(such as warmth of father and mother) are higher than those who are and who have been left-behind children, but the scores are obviously lower on negative parenting styles such as punishment from father or intervening punishment from mother. The regression equation of anxiety scores on left-behind children set by parenting styles also depends on children caring styles. Positive parenting behaviors of parents and caring people have positive influences on mentally healthy of children, for instance, some supporting and mood warmth., while some negative behaviors such as rejection have negative influences.

随机抽取了江西省的6所农村中学和4所农村小学，调查学生被试共计1000人，有效被试为813人，对调查数据进行分析后发现：留守儿童所占的比重在全体儿童中最大，尤其是单亲看护人的留守儿童；而且，留守儿童的心理健康状况也显著低于非留守儿童，情况最差的是同辈看护或无看护的留守儿童；曾留守儿童的心理状况也不尽如人意，它与非留守儿童的心理健康差异达到了显著水平，心理焦虑总分只是稍低于留守儿童总体；并且，留守儿童的心理健康同样存在着性别、年级、独生与否、住宿与否以及父母打工年数的差异；不同看护类型的留守儿童父母教养方式存在着差异，总的来说，非留守儿童积极性的教养方式(如父亲温暖、母亲温暖等)得分要高于留守儿童和曾留守的儿童，而在很多消极性的教养方式如父亲惩罚、干涉，母亲干涉惩罚等等上，留守儿童与曾留守儿童的得分又要显著高于非留守儿童；家庭教养方式对留守儿童焦虑总分的回归方程视儿童的看护类型而定，父母和看护人的一些积极性的抚养行为对儿童的心理健康有着积极的影响，比如情感温暖或者支持温暖等，但是一些消极的比如拒绝等对留守儿童的心理健康就有负面的影响。

Results 5 levels consisting of 15 major factors have a direct or indirect effect on soldiers,mental health.These factors are mood stability,anxiety,selfdiscipline,daring,interpersonal relationship,having or no somebody to listen attentively,worrying or not,parent, marriage and health,having or not event in their families,family earnings, selfbody health and length of military service,belonging to the levels of the adapting ability,interpersonal relationship,family circumstances,selfbody health and length of military service.

结果 在影响官兵心理健康的15个最主要的因素中，反映个体适应性水平的情绪稳定性、忧虑性、自律性和敢为性；反映人际关系的与战友、领导的关系，苦恼时能否找到倾诉对象，有否苦恼；反映家庭状况的父母婚姻与健康状况、家里是否有大事发生、家庭经济状况；以及躯体健康和军龄5个层面变量均对心理健康产生直接或间接的影响。
