Title: Study on Decision Rule Optimization and Organization of Group Decision-making Abstract Group decision-making, as one of the basic forms of decision-making, plays an important role in economic and political fields due to the ever-increasing complexity of decision issue and the enhanced democracy awareness. Research of group decision-making is receiving more and more attention as the cutting edge of decision-making theory. Fruitful results are achieved in this field, while there are still some weak aspects for further research, especially in the organization and decision process ot group decision-making. Researches in those fields are instrumental in optimizing the organization and decision process of group decision-making. And we have made some exploration in this paper as follows.

随着决策问题的日趋复杂化和人们民主意识的增强，群体决策作为决策的一种基本形式，在政治和经济生活中占有越来越重要的地位，而群体决策作为决策理论研究的热点和前沿也在国内外方兴未艾，并取得了丰硕的成果，但也存在一些薄弱环节和需要深入研究的问题，特别是在群体决策的组织结构和决策过程方面，如群体决策的规则优化、决策规则的约束性质、群体决策中领导的影响、决策者之间的相关性对决策质量的影响、序贯群体决策中各种组织因素对其决策质量、决策效率、决策收益的影响等等。

In the empirical study, we find that the characteristics of accepter, including ability, beneficence, and integrity, have positive effects on sharing trust, which validates Mayer, et als general trust model.

最后，关于组织环境特征对员工分享信任的影响研究中，本文发现，组织公平对于供给方的制度信任，具有显著的影响，而组织沟通的开放程度，则显著影响到供给方的认知信任、情感信任和制度信任三个维度。

The loss of the diesel soot and smoke Cha Cha PAHs in the leaching rate of the most important factor is the length of brewing time;PAHs were detected in the loop on the small number of PAHs,5 of the ring PAHs were only in the low level of test,and the experiment detected no PAHs, detected no 6 of the ring,regardless of diesel smoke or soot Cha Cha,the concentration of PAHs has the highest concentration of dihydrogen Acenaphthene;On the influence of the number of brewing tea,the total concentration and the leaching rate of PAHs in the soot and smoke Chai tea are lower than on the influence of the brewing time and temperature.

其中影响煤烟茶和柴烟茶中PAHs浸出率的最主要因素都是冲泡时间的长短；检测出的PAHs都集中在环数较少的PAH，5环的PAHs仅在较少的试验水平中检出，无6环的PAHs检出，无论煤烟还是柴烟茶中PAHs的浓度都以二氢苊的最高；在冲泡次数影响下，煤烟茶、柴烟茶中PAHs的总浓度和总浸出率，比在冲泡时间和温度影响下要低。

There is increasing effect of hundred-pod weight employed only in legumen forming stage and with the level of 30kg/hm2, and the level of 30kg/hm2 also have increasing effect for hundred-seed weight in acicula forming and legumen forming stage. Foundation fertilizer with 30kg/hm2 level increasing the quantity of per plant; employing silicon has no significant effect on fat concentration, so silicon is applicable to edible species. Employing silicon make significant descend of plant nitrogen, significant increasing of plant phosphorus only with level of 90kg/hm2 applying before planting, decreasing of that only with level of 150kg/hm2 employing in legumen forming period, and no distinct effect with others levels. Comprehensive effect of plant potassium, and that should do better in future.

仅在结荚期施用30kg/hm2硅提高花生的百仁重；在下针期和结荚期施用30kg/hm2可提高百果重；基施（30kg/hm2）提高产量的主要原因是增加了单株结荚数；花生施用硅肥后对花生仁的脂肪含量没有明显的影响，花生施硅适宜于食用型品种；花生施用硅肥能明显降低花生成熟期植株的全氮含量；对磷的影响则表现为，基施硅肥90kg/hm2可提高植株中磷的含量，而结荚期追施150kg/hm2的处理降低植株中磷的含量；对钾的影响则表现为复杂的规律，其机理需进一步研究。

This paper deals with the influences of Hg to the morpha. some physiological and biochemical parameters such as chlorophyll, superoxide dismutase, catalase of a kind of submerged macrophyte Egeria najas; some parameters for the amelioration of water quality and agamogenesis of Egeria najas were also studied.
