This Research adopted the empirical approach of study, collecting the building construction projects, such as schools, hospitals, airports, substations, official buildings, parking lots, dwelling and living quarter with the projected budget over NT$50 million from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Department of Health, Construction and Planning Agency, National Police Agency, Department of Rapid Transit System, City Governments and County Governments.The study uses survey through questionnaires, and adopting Eviews software to do the "Multiple-Regression-Analysis", in order to know the significant factors that influence owner's overall satisfaction, so as to provide the government to promote the quality of public building construction.

本研究采用共搜集教育部、交通部、经济部、卫生署、营建署、警政署、捷运局、县市政府等部会，包括学校、医院、航空站、变电所、办公大楼、停车场、住宅、宿舍等自采购法实施以来迄95年底前完工，工程经费在5000万元以上之公共建筑工程，藉由文献回顾及专家访谈，初步获得业主整体满意度影响因子，再以公共建筑工程业主为主要研究对象，藉问卷调查方式，搜集影响业主整体满意度之问卷资料后，采用计量分析软体Eviews进行复回归分析，建构出公共建筑工程业主整体满意度影响模式，并探讨各项影响指标之显著性，以反映出公共工程业主之需求，期望能提供相关单位未来应用时之参考，提升公共建筑工程品质。

The results indicated that visitors' activities caused a serious influence on the soil in the park, especially in the two most used scenic spots-Yellowstone Village and Gold Whip Stream. The impact of tourism on soil mainly occurred within 3 m along the trails. The impact shapes are classified into six type as single-sided node type, double-sided node type, cross node type, single-sided linkage type, double-sided linkage type and short-cut linkage type. Of six types of impact shapes, the single-sided node type and double-sided type were dominant. The average water contents of soil for six scenic spots at sample areas of 1 m, 2 m and 3 m from trial is 36.6%, 24.5% and 2.2% lower than that of the control area, respectively. The average soil hardness for six scenic spots at 1m, 2 m, and 3m from the trails tramped increased 167.9%, and 122.2%, and 15.8%, respectively, compared with the control area. Soil bulk density increased 26.5% at 1 m and 20.9% at 2 m from the trails.

结果表明：游客活动对张家界世界地质公园土壤产生了较大的影响，特别是在游客相对集中的黄石寨景区和金鞭溪景区，影响十分明显；游客对土壤影响的范围主要发生在距游道两侧3米以内的范围；公园内土壤影响形态可分为单侧节型、双侧节型、单侧链型、双侧链型、十字节型和捷径链型6种类型，其中又以单侧节型和双侧节型为主；在六个景区中，距游道边缘1米、2米及3米范围内土壤的平均含水率较对照区分别低了36.6%、24.5%和2.2%；与对照区相比，距游道边缘1米、2米及3米的土壤硬度分别增加了167.9%、122.2%和15.8%，而距游道边缘1米和2米范围内的土壤容重则分别比对照区增加了26.5%和20.9%。

In this paper, a self-edited anxiety inf luencing-factor inventory was used as its' reliability and validity was confirmed. Adopting factor analysis, this paper discussed the influence factors to the sports anxiety of the football players and reveal the reason of the their different anxiety level, the result showers that training factor 、 self factor、 psychology factor 、 others- influence factor and education factor have a significance influence to the anxiety level of the players, and which will benefit to the players selection and sport anxiety control.

本文采用个人自编焦虑影响因素问卷，在确保其良好的信度与效度基础上，采用因子分析法，对足球运动员运动焦虑的影响因素进行了探讨，揭示了不同被试运动焦虑水平差异的内部原因，研究表明：训练因子、自我因子、心理因子、他人影响因子以及教育因子对研究对象的焦虑水平起着非常显著的影响，这在一定程度上为运动选材和运动焦虑水平的控制提供了理论参考。

The results showed that 9 natural vegetation types were distributed in 6 gradients. Except gradientⅠ, the dominant vegetation types along other gradients were all monsoon evergreen broadleaved forest. Gradient had greater effects on the distribution of seasonal rainforest and temperate coniferous forest, had some effects on the distribution of mountain rainforest, deciduous monsoon threat and river valley savanna forest, had smaller effects on monsoon evergreen broadleaved forest had no effect on warm-hot savanna forest and tropical bamboo forest.

结果表明：9个自然植被类型在6个坡度级均有分布；6个坡度级中除Ⅰ坡度级优势类型是水域外其他坡度级的优势植被类型均是季风常绿阔叶林；坡度对季节雨林和暖温性针叶林的分布影响较大，对山地雨林、落叶季雨林和河谷稀树灌木草丛的分布有一定影响，对季风常绿阔叶林和暖热性稀树灌木草丛的分布影响较小，对暖热性针叶林和热性竹林的分布无影响。

The effects of gas-liquid ratio, oil saturation and permeability on nitrogen foam flow law in porous media were studied systemly. Oil saturation is the main influential factor of foam's fluidity, and just for this, the aggravation of formation heterogeneity has little effect on the effect of the profile control, foam's flow law is decided by remaining oil distribution.

系统研究了气液比、含油饱和度、渗透率对氮气泡沫渗流规律的影响，结果表明，含油饱和度是影响氮气泡沫渗流阻力的最主要因素，泡沫渗流阻力随着含油饱和度的升高而降低，剩余油分布规律决定了调驱过程中氮气泡沫的渗流规律，受此影响，地层非均质性的增加对泡沫调剖效果的影响较小。

Using the relative reflection as weighting factor, the weighted mean of the surface albedo over Dunhuang Gobi in typical arid region is calculated and its values are 0.255 ± 0.021. After canceling the interference of the buildings, the mean values of the roughness length averaged with logarithm is 0.0019 ± 0.00071 m. After removing the influence of the oasis, the soil wetness factor computed with data under condition of no precipitation is 0.0045. After removing the influence of the precipitation .the mean values of the soil heat capacity over Dunhuang Gobi in typical ac-id region is 112 × 10 ~6 m~(-3)K~(-1), a bit smaller than the values observed i n HEIFE. But the soil heat diffusivity and conductivity are about one of those observed in HEIFE. The soil water content over Dunhuang Gobi in typical synoptic condition is very little and does not exceed 1% basically.

并且利用相对反射为权重加权平均，计算得到典型干旱区敦煌荒漠戈壁的平均反射率为0.255±0.021；剔除建筑物干扰后，利用对数平均法计算的粗糙度长度平均值为0，0019±0.00071 m；剔除绿洲影响后，用无降水影响的资料确定出土壤湿度影响因子为0.0045；剔除降水影响后，用观测资料计算的敦煌典型干旱区荒漠戈壁的热容量平均值为1.12×10~6m~（－3）K~（－1），比&黑河试验&在戈壁和在其它沙漠观测的有关值略小一些，但热扩散率和热传导率都比&黑河试验&在戈壁观测的值小一倍左右；观测的敦煌戈壁典型天气条件下的土壤含水量非常小，基本上不超过1％。

Based on the review of the successive four assessment reports of the IPCC WGII on climate change impacts on streamflow from 1990 to 2007, it is summarized that the First and Second Assessment Reports were regarded as the first generation studies, featuring the impacts of mean climate change on streamflow and the adaptation to it, while the Third and Forth (AR4) Assessment Reports as second generation studies, emphasizing the impacts of anthropogenically forced and natural climate changes on streamflow and the adaptation to them. The progresses and issues in the research methodologies of the impacts of climate change on hydrology and water resources are analyzed.

在回顾IPCC于1990-2007年4次关于气候变化对径流影响的评估报告进展的基础上，将第一次与第二次评估报告归纳为第一代--以气候均值变化对径流影响及其适应为主要特征；第三次与第四次评估报告为第二代--突出人为气候变化与自然气候变异对径流影响及其适应问题，分析了常规的气候变化对水文水资源影响评估方法的发展过程及存在的问题。
