The region in the altitude f rom 4400 to 4600 meters , which is mainly covered by alpine meadow and alpine swamp meadow , is st rongly degraded by the stock raising with it s influence radius of about 24 kilometers. The influence distance perpendicular to roads is also 24 kilometers , since road const ruction accelerates human2induced destruction to vegetation. Vegetation in shade aspect is rising due to the increase in precipitation , while vegetation in sunny aspect tends to be stable or degraded because of the enhancement in sunlight . Furthermore , the vegetation coverage is influenced by the groundwater level . In near riverbed fields , where the depth of groundwater is shallow , plant s can easily grow ; while in far riverbed fields , vegetation is prone to degrade due to drainage. The radius of river influence is 24 kilometers.

In order to search after appropriate nitrogen application dosage and proportion of phosphorus and potassium in the fertilizer composition, provide with a reasonable economic principle for scientific fertilization and guidance schemes for the production of quality sun-cured tobacco, an orthogonal design was used with small plot trials in the suitable growing areas to compare the effects on growth and development, yield, output value, and smoking quality of sun-cured tobacco, the results showed that the influences occurred in varying degrees while less or ruleless effects displaying on appearance quality and botanic characters respectively.

The experiments show that the PS and PSD of particles produced by SAA process can be controlled by adjusting process parameters, and among them, the pressure of the saturator used has the most effect on the PS and PSD, while the temperature of the saturator has the least effect. When using ethanol as solvent, the optimum operating conditions of using SAA process to produce erythromycin micro-particles from erythromycin-ethanol-CO2 system were found as follows. The pressure and temperature of the saturator are 10.5MPa and 70℃, respectively, the inlet flow rate and the concentration of inlet solution of the precipitator are 9 mLmin^(-1) and 15mgmL^(-1), respectively.
