The stabilities of the extract from sanguisorba under different pH, light, heat, ultraviolet ray, oxidant, reducing agent and additive agents were studied. It was indicated the products could widely used in the condition of weak acid or neutral, while they were not stable to heat and light, so they should be used without light and at low temperature. The products had a strong ability to withstand ultraviolet ray. They could easily be oxidized and degraded by oxidant while they were not easily affected by reducing agent and were almost not affected by additive agents. The extract from the stem of sanguisorba was analyzed by UV and FTIR, showing that the structures of the active components were not changed during ultrasonic wave extracting.

Therelationship between the turbulent kinetic energy and its dissipation rate,whichis widely used to parameterize the dissipation rate in turbulence closure models,is found to hold well for both reversing and rotating flows,but with differentcoefficients.Microstructure profiling measurements at two comparative stations (a deepercentral basin and a local shelf break) in the stratified Yellow Sea are analyzed,with emphasis on tidal and internal-wave induced turbulence near the bottomand in the pyenocline.The water column has a distinct three-layer thermohaline structure,consisting of weakly stratified surface and bottom boundary layers anda narrow sharp pycnocline.Turbulence in the surface layer is controlled by thediurnal cycle of buoyancy flux and wind forcing at the sea surface.while thebottom stress induced by barotropic tidal eurrents dominates turbulence in thebottom boundary layer.The maximum level at which the tidally enhanced mixingcan affect generally depends on the magnitude of the tidal current,and it canbe up to 10-15 m in the Yellow Sea.This suggests that,in the deeper regionsof the shelf seas,turbulent dissipation and mixing are very weak at the levelsbetween the near-bottom tidally enhanced layer and the pycnocline.Therefore,these levels provide a significant bottle neck for the vertical exchanges.In theshallow regions,however,the tidally-induced turbulence can occupy the wholewater colum below the pycnocline.A quarter-diurnal periodicities of the turbulentdissipation rate and eddy diffusivity are found at different heights with evidenttime lag.In the relatively flat central basin,the pycnocline is essentially non-turbulent and internal-wave activity is very weak.Therefore,vertical fluxes acrossthe pycnocline decreased to molecular levels.In contrast,internal waves of variousperiods can be always found near the local shelf break.

The effects of solution\'s pH value, mol ratio between phenyl aldehyde and L-Arginine, concentrations of sodium chloride, ammonia chloride andL-Lystine, initial concentration of L-Arginine on precipitation rate of a -tolylene arginine were investigated, the results indicated that phenyl aldehyde precipitation method\'s appropriate pH value was higher than 11, suitable mol ratio between phenyl aldehyde and L-Arginine was 1.25, initial concentration of L-Arginine was must higher than 15g/L, sodium chloride had little effect on precipitation rate, on the contrary, ammonia chloride and L-Lystine had great effect on it, both of them must be eliminated; At the same time, adsorption isotherm at 25 C of L-Lystine on anion exchange resin A was measured, the result showed that the maximal equilibrium adsorbance was 30mg/g, the influences of solution\'s pH value, temperature, concentration of chloride ion on adsorption of L-Lystine by anion exchange resin A were also studied, the results indicated that appropriate operational pH value was 0.5 0.2, the effect of temperature on adsorption ratio was little, process could be operated at room temperature, the concentration of chloride ion must be eliminated.

When only the Verdet constant is considered, the output increased slowly with the increase of the FWHM. The simulation results are verified by the experiment.
