This article tries to start with the relation between the SISE and the government, in term of the organization image management, then propose some suggestions how carry on the government image managements in SISE, from the five aspects of the decision-making, the prestige, the culture, the brand and the personnel management.

本文试从重大突发事件与政府形象的关系入手，从组织形象管理的角度，在决策、声誉、文化、品牌、人员管理五个方面提出重大突发事件中如何进行政府形象管理。

The typical female role in the works of Hemingway's works is the angel and the succubae, which constitute the elemental parts of Hemingway's works. In the author's opinion, the hypothesis of double female role was the key point through which we could explore the secret of Hemingway's writing to some extent. Part II of this paper admits the conclusion and explores the original materials of Hemingway.

The thesis are divided into four parts: chapter 1 is telling the background of La Traviata and the composer"s mentality; chapter 2 is telling how to perform Violetta on the basis of the musical and dramatic factors; chapter 3 is telling the greatness and tragic of the character Violetta; chapter 4 is telling unitarily the artistic charm of the character Violetta,, and her artistic value to the opera La Traviata and even to Verdi"s other opera works.

Chapter 1 is the theoretical framework construction part, which forms a theoretical framework centering on the national image psychological analysis system and two dynamic selection processes on the basis of reviewing traditional theory frameworks of national image. The chapter orientates three main variables which have impact on national image, matting the outspreading of the following text.
