目的 探讨血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物及t-pa抑制物在肺心病急性加重期的变化。方法用发色底物法测定60例肺心病急性加重期的血浆t-pa及pai的活性,并与对照组55例肺心病缓解期的相应指标作比较。结果肺心病急性加重期患者pai显著高于肺心病缓解期,而t-pa低于肺心病缓解期,其差异具有非常显著性(p.01)。结论 t-pa及pai关系失衡,有助于动脉内微血栓形成,促进或加重肺动脉高压的形成。
