The pupae were exposed to 9 krad 60Co-γ rays for two days before emergence.The adults were dissected and many mature sperms could be seen in the male flies.There were no significant difference in the form,number and vigor of sperm between irradiatid and unirradiated male flies,but there were some abnormal ultrastructurail changes in the sperm of irradiated male flies such as the appearence of vacuoles in nutrient cells,disarrangement of sperms,variation of the number of chondriosome derivates,axonemes ction of formation and abnormal cell division of sperm cells.

用9krad辐照羽化前2天的蛹，成虫羽化后解剖观察，雄虫已有大量成熟精子，精子形态、数量和活力与未经辐照处理的雄虫无显著差异，但其超微结构则发生了某些异常变化，如营养细胞出现空泡、精子排列零乱、线粒体衍生体和轴丝增多或减少、构型被破坏、精子细胞分裂异常等。

Wavelet multi-scale analysis is applied to the research on lunar gravity field and the explanation of lunar inner structure. In this paper, the nearside of the Moon with higher quality data is chosen as the test area, and free air gravity data from "Clementine" mission are used as original data to decompose gravity of some specific mare basins. With the results of numerical test, we also explain the hierarchical structure of the Moon, analyze the thickness of mare fillings and the Moho topography under mare basins, and verify the results by comparisons.

本文将小波多尺度分析引入月球重力场的研究，选取测量数据质量较好的月球近区作为实验区域，以"Clementine"探测器获得的自由空气重力异常作为原始数据对主要月海盆地进行了局部的重力异常分解，解释了月球内部基本分层结构，并利用主要月海盆地的实验结果分析了月海下部质量异常以及莫霍面的起伏形态，与已有研究成果进行比较证明了方法的适用性及结果的合理性。

Results The change on morphous,size,liver lobe proportion,parenchyma density and portal vein in decompensation phase of liver cirrhosis was often observed,while splenectasis,collateral circulation construction,abnormality perfuse,ascitic fluid and pleural fluid also found in spiral CT scanning of liver cirrhosis.

结果 肝硬化在失代偿期CT表现有明显异常，肝脏有不同程度的形态、大小及肝叶比例改变，肝脏表面的实质密度、门静脉也有改变，并且常伴有侧支循环的建立、肝脏异常灌注、脾增大、胸腹水等。

The results show, when polar distance is bigger than the size of cross section of tunnel, the difference of anomalous feature between the corner-sections and wall-sections in tunnel is very small. The apparent resistivity is only related to the distance between section and bodies. The shielding effect of the tunnel is not so evident that the character and value of anomalous are similar with those in full space.

To observe the abnormal morphs of the trophozoite of Giardia lamblia in vitro axcenical cultivation. G. lamblia trophozoites were cultivated axenically in modified TYI-S-33 medium. Sediments, which contain the trophozoites, on the bottom of the culture tubes were collected at different time after inoculations.

It is showed that Class Ⅲ malocclusion samples in this study were significant characterized with longer mandibular corpus, smaller condyle and coronoid process. Meanwhile, the prominence of size difference on chin area was observed, associated with maximum size difference localized on menton area.
