形态异常

Classification examination was put into practice for only normal cells observed.For the dubious specimen,tuberculosis-Ab,acid-fast bacteria staining,flow cytometry,CD series,gene,DNA aneuploidy,ZPP and tumor markers etc were detected. Results Tuberculosis lymph gland inflammation coverd highest rate:546 cases (36%) in tuberculosis node was 252 cases (46.2%),lymphonode period was 184 cases (33.7%),early tuberculosis lymphagland inflammation was 233 cases (44.7%).

利用改良一次性5～10ml注射器(22G、7号注射器，外径＜0.7mm)，针吸取材、涂片、行改良瑞-姬双染技术，低倍镜查找特殊异常细胞，油镜仔细观察细胞形态结构特征，对于未见异常细胞要进行分类检查，对疑难标本，同时做结核抗体、抗酸菌染色、流式细胞仪、CD系列、基因、DNA异倍体、锌原卟啉、肿瘤标志物等检测指标。

Results The change on morphous,size,liver lobe proportion,parenchyma density and portal vein in decompensation phase of liver cirrhosis was often observed,while splenectasis,collateral circulation construction,abnormality perfuse,ascitic fluid and pleural fluid also found in spiral CT scanning of liver cirrhosis.

结果 肝硬化在失代偿期CT表现有明显异常，肝脏有不同程度的形态、大小及肝叶比例改变，肝脏表面的实质密度、门静脉也有改变，并且常伴有侧支循环的建立、肝脏异常灌注、脾增大、胸腹水等。

The staining sections of the nuclear antigen of the gallbladder mucosal proliferation cell in adult cholecystic diseased patients with or without pancreticobiliary maljunction were observed to compare the difference of the pathological morphology.

对照观察伴有胰胆管合流异常与不伴胰胆管合流异常之成人胆囊疾病患者中的胆囊黏膜增殖细胞核抗原染色切片，以比较其病理形态的差别。

It is showed that Class Ⅲ malocclusion samples in this study were significant characterized with longer mandibular corpus, smaller condyle and coronoid process. Meanwhile, the prominence of size difference on chin area was observed, associated with maximum size difference localized on menton area.

两组的有限元素形态分析法(finite element analysis morphometry)比较结果显示：三级异常咬合者有较长的下颚骨体，颏部区域也比正常咬合者大，但condyle及喙状突则较小；另外menton附近区域有最大但是小范围的尺寸差异，是三级异常咬合者和一级正常咬合的差异特徵。

结果42例JIA患者的42个膝关节可见不同程度的MR异常改变（100%），主要影像学表现包括滑膜增生及血管翳形成、关节腔渗出积液、骨髓水肿、半月板形态及信号异常改变、关节软骨破坏、腘窝淋巴结肿大等。
