The paper solved the problems of less valid data in thermal infrared imager,impurity being on surface of specimen and uneasy dipartite corrosion area in image which happened in detection of structure parts' hidden corrosion by thermal wave imaging.Firstly,the contrast of one unheated image was enhanced by self-adaptive mathematical morphology sharpening,and then location of the impurity was confirmed by change of the image grads.

针对飞机结构隐藏腐蚀热波成像检测中出现的试件表面存在杂物、热像仪中有用数据较少、图像序列中腐蚀区域不明显等情况，首先通过对加热前的一幅图像进行自适应形态学锐化处理，提高图像的对比度，并根据图像梯度的变换情况确定出杂物的位置。

Diploblastic cnidarians as the outgroups, the phylogenetic trees of bryozoans and lophotrochozoans were reconstructed by the 28S rDNA analyses of theirs and other related bilaterians obtained through GenBank with different methods, respectively. Meanwhile, the primary and predicted secondary structures of their partial divergent 28S rDNA domains were compared and analysed.

结合GenBank上其他三胚层动物的相关序列数据，以二胚层刺胞动物为外类群，运用遗传分析软件，以不同方法构建了苔藓动物以及触手冠担轮动物的分子系统树；同时绘制了各代表类群28S rDNA的部分多变区的二级结构，并对其形态学特征进行了比较分析。

N9436-1, with multi-spikelet, was immune to powdery mildew. GISH and C-banding showed that N9436-1 was wheat-rye 1R disomic additional line.

结果表明，N9436-1形态学和细胞学稳定，2n=44=22Ⅱ，对白粉病免疫，携带奥地利黑麦的多小穗性状。

针刺前后脊髓未见明显形态学改变。2、光镜下观察，大鼠脊髓背角ERK1/2免疫组化反应显色呈棕黄色，阳性细胞分布于脊髓灰质神经元集中的部位，针刺后深染部位向胞核集中。

Herbacium were isobilateral leaves, and those of G. hirsutum and C. barbadense were dorsiventral leaves. The reciprocal F〓 of cross G. arboreum×G. herbacium were also isobilateral leaves, while reciprocal F〓 cross of G. hirsutum×G. barbadense were also dorsiventral leaves. The quadrispecific hybrids F〓 were isobilateral leaves, regardless of their cytoplasms. The structures of the leaf stalks and the stems were analogous to each other among the four cultivated cotton species except their diameters varied with species.

四个栽培棉种及其种间杂种F〓的形态学和细胞遗传学观察四个栽培棉种的植株、叶片、茎杆以及花器等器官都有明显的差异；叶片、茎杆以及叶柄的横切面结构观察结果表明，两个二倍体栽培棉种的叶片横切面构造为等面叶，两个四倍体栽培棉种却均为背腹叶；F〓正反交的叶片也为等面叶，F〓正反交F〓仍为背腹叶，而它们的四元杂交种均为等面叶；四个栽培棉种的叶柄和茎的横切面结构基本一致，只是直径形状和和维管束多少的不同，四元杂种的叶柄和茎的横切面结构的差异不明显。

Results: The level of serum trace elements of Cu, estradiolum and testosterone in model group was obviously higher than that of control group, the ovarian follicle of model group was ectatic and the granular layer was very thin. There were abundant all-growth period follicle and corpus luteum in ovary in normal rats.

结果：与时照组比较，模型组大鼠血清Cu、E2、T含量明显增加(P.01)；卵巢组织形态学观察：对照组可见各期发育卵泡及黄体形成，模型组卵泡呈囊性扩张，颗粒细胞层明显减少，大量卵泡闭镇。
