大量的研究表明，老年性耳聋与耳蜗微循环障碍有密切关系，故临床上使用改善微循环的药物治疗老年性耳聋本实验研究使用豚鼠自然衰老模拟老年性耳聋，探讨老年性耳聋的发病机制，观察耳蜗毛细胞的形态学改变和听觉生理学变化。

Methods The Cynomorium polysaccharide and Cynomorium water extract were extracted and prepared chewable tablets. Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control, aging model, VitE, Cynomorium polysaccharide chewable tablets and Cynomorium water extract chewable tablets groups. Dgalactose was injected to establish the aging model. After drug intervention, the proliferation activity of rat spleen lymphocytes stimulated by ConA was detected by MTT assay and the spleen index was measured. The pathological morphological changes of spleen were observed. The activity of superoxide dismutase, the content of malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in serum of rats were detected.

提取并制备锁阳多糖、水提取物咀嚼片；Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、衰老模型组、维生素E对照组、锁阳多糖组、水提物组，以D半乳糖建立衰老大鼠模型，药物干预后，MTT法检测各组大鼠脾淋巴细胞对ConA刺激的增殖能力，检测各组大鼠脾脏指数，观察脾组织的病理形态学变化；并检测各组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛及一氧化氮的含量。

The sequence variation analyses showed that there are 236 variable and 221 parsimony-informative in the aligned 605 nucleotide sites, in addition, the relative frequenencies of four nucleotides were not equal an this fact showed that the base compositions were biased. The results of phylogenetic analyses showed:(1) the phylogenetic relationships of the Cypraeidae taxa was basically in consistent with morphology-based ones;(2)Cypraeovulinae was monophyletic in all trees, whereas Nariinae and Cypraeinae were not;(3)the monophylies of Mauritia, Palmadusta, Erosaria, Monetaria, Staphylaea and Pustularia were strongly supported by molecular data;(4)Meyer's speculation that Chelycypraea came out from Luria were also supported.

结果表明：(1)宝贝科28种动物的分子系统树大部分与形态学分类一致；(2)在系统树上，疹贝与鼻贝亚科的其它分类群的距离相隔较远，提示它们之间有较远的亲缘关系，建议将疹贝属列入宝贝亚科；(3)卵宝贝亚科包括希达贝、脊焦贝、筛目贝、拟枣贝、焦掌贝以及呆足贝等共计15个属，它们在系统树上构成独立的一个大支系，构成单系群；(4)支持Meyer将龟甲贝从禄亚贝总属中分离出来的观点，但龟甲贝和林西那贝之间的系统发生关系及其分类地位还有待于进一步探讨。

All cases were follow up between 1 - 18 years, 1 case lost, 2 cases recurred after surgical 1.5 and 2.0 years and cystosarcoma were removed again,and other patients were free from cancer cell.

结论乳腺叶状囊肉瘤诊治依据病理学检查，但单一的组织学常难以在形态学预测其生物学行为；其预后因素与肿瘤组织学分级和大小有关。

By means of the transmission electron microscope we found the typical morphology variation of apoptosis,such as the concentration and side-accumulation of the nuclear chromatin,the fragmentation of the nuclear and the concentration of the cytochylema etc.Cell cycle detected by flow cytometry showed one visible apoptosis peak (20.6%) in front of the peak of G1.The typical ladder was found in the 15 g.L-1 agarose gel electrophoresis of the nucleus DNA.

Methods Totally 173 patients diagnosed as MDS according to FAB or WHO criteria with complete clinical and cytogenetical data were included in this reseach.

方法应用骨髓细胞短期培养法和染色体G显带技术，部分病例联合应用荧光原位杂交技术，对42例细胞遗传学检查具有+8异常克隆，16例具有-7/7q-异常克隆，以及55例虽然经常规细胞遗传学检查未检出异常克隆，但是骨髓涂片原始细胞≥0.10，按照FAB或WHO标准既往诊断为MDS的病例进行了临床及血液形态学和细胞遗传学的系列研究。

Methods Totally 173 patients diagnosed as MDS according to FAB or WHO criteria with complete clinical and cytogenetical data were included in this reseach. Among them 42 had +8 chromosome aberration, 16 had -7/7q-, and 55 had normal karyotypes and more than 0.10 blast cells in the bone marrow. Short term culture and G-banding techniques and in some specimens fluorescence in situ hybridization method were used to do chromosome analysis.

Subacut myeloid leukemia can be a defined type of leukemia. The common characteristics of subacute myeloid leukemia are as follows: the onset is insidious, and anemia and hemorrhage of skin and mucosa are the main clinical manifestations. Hepatosplenomegaly is rare. There are multilineage abnormalities in blood cell counts and increased blasts in the bone marrow with cytogenetical abnormal clone in most cases. The disease course is subacute and progressive.
