Objective:Evaluate vertebrae anatomical change and the straight line correlation of intervertebral foramenand and vertebral gap,vertebral uncus,transverse foramen and vertebral uncus;provide iconography anatomical data for iconography diagnosis and clinicale treatment.

目的：揭示正常成人下颈椎椎体、椎体间隙、椎弓根、钩突、椎间孔及横突孔各解剖结构随年龄增长的形态学变化规律及椎间孔与椎体间隙、钩突、椎弓根之间，横突孔与钩突之间的直线相关关系，为影像诊断及临床诊治提供影像解剖学资料。

MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: At 15 days after model preparation, one rat was obtained from each group to underdone morphological observation. At 21 and 30 days after model preparation, 8 rats were killed in each group, hematoxylin-eosin staining and immunohistochemical method were used to detect the expression of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen, and to calculate fibroblast proliferation index.

主要观察指标：于造模后15 d各组取1只大鼠行组织形态学观察；造模后21，30 d，每组各处死8只大鼠，取材后，行苏木精-伊红染色，免疫组织化学检测增殖细胞核抗原的表达，并计算成纤维细胞的增殖指数。

RESULTS: The AF cells cultured in different substrates were morphologically undistinguishable. Toluidine blue staining showed that there was also no difference between AF cells cultured on flexible silicone membranes and in plastic plates. The cells growing in different substrates expressed the same levels of collagen typeⅠ,Ⅱ and aggrecan mRNA and integrin β1. AF cells grew well on silicone membranes.

结果：种植于不同基质的纤维环细胞形态学观察无明显差别；在两种基质上的纤维环细胞甲苯胺蓝染色无差异；Ⅰ，Ⅱ型胶原及聚集蛋白聚糖mRNA及细胞膜整合素β1的表达亦无明显差异；纤维环细胞可以黏附于硅橡胶膜上生长。

Efficient detector generation algorithm is the kernel of anomaly detection. Aiming at low true positive value, unhandy matching threshold value and large detector set size of existent algorithms, a novel detector generation algorithm based on multiple populations genetic algorithm is put forward in this paper. According to morphologic analysis of intrusion detection system and covering problem principle, self set is divided into several partitions on the basis of their characters.

摘要有效的检测器生成算法是异常检测的核心问题，针对现有算法存在检测率低、匹配阈值固定、检测器集合庞大等问题，本文提出了基于多种群遗传算法的检测器生成算法，根据形态学空间的分析和覆盖问题原理，自体集根据特征进行划分，各个种群根据划分独立按遗传算法进化，最后求得所有检测器种群的并集得到成熟的检测器。

The results were as follows: 1.Inoculated on the induction medium at the late uninucleate stage,the microspores could initiate embryogenesis by first divisions in both symmetric and asymmetric patterns,but the former was predominant.

通过观察玉米小孢子胚胎发生的细胞形态学特征，发现：离体培养条件下单核后期的花粉可以通过均等分裂和不均等分裂两条途径形成胚状体，与前人的研究结果一致。

The observation showed that sterile plants and fertile plants in the pollen mother cell stage is not very different, when microspore mother cells of male sterile plants enter meiosis period, it could form normal tetrad cell , tetrad cell is normal in early development stage, In the uninucleate microspore stage , tapetal cells were vacuolization, the microspores were extruded to the middle by tapetal cells.

本研究利用石蜡切片法，结合光学显微镜技术对樱桃萝卜核质互作雄性不育系的不育株和对应保持系可育株的花药发育过程进行细胞形态学观察，观察结果表明：不育株与可育株在花粉母细胞时期差别不大，不育株的花药小孢子母细胞进入减数分裂期后，可以正常的形成四分体，四分体前期发育正常，而在单核小孢子期绒毡层细胞出现液泡化，绒毡层细胞向中间挤压小孢子。

本论文以美国肥皂荚雌株及雄株上不同发育时期的花蕾和花为试材，从细胞形态学、细胞组织化学、特异蛋白质分析三方面首次对其花芽分化及开花特性进行详细描述，进而就其花性别分化过程进行了比较系统的研究，对其单性花形成机制方面进行了讨论。

Tumor cells grew actively in the tumor tissues of the control group. Prodrug therapy group: small amount of tumor cells were denatured vacuously,others were infiltrated by lympholeukocyte,and the growth of tumor cells were surspressed.Prodrug themochemotherapy group: what we can see that tumor cells were denatured vacuously, mesoplasts crinkled, cellular boundary disappered, only a small number of tumor cells remained, fibroblast were seen scatteredly, tumor cells were invaded by a lot of lympholeukocyte and eosinophilic granulocyte. Normal liver tissues, stomach tissues, lung tissues, pancreas tissues, small intestine tissues, large intestine tissues showed normal shape.

对照组肿瘤组织见肿瘤细胞生长活跃；前药治疗组肿瘤组织见有少量细胞空泡变性，少量淋巴细胞浸润，肿瘤细胞生长受到抑制；前药热疗组肿瘤组织可见肿瘤细胞空泡变性，细胞核皱缩，边集甚至消失，仅残留少量肿瘤细胞，并可见散在的成纤维细胞，大量淋巴细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞浸润；3组裸鼠正常肝组织、胃、肺、胰腺、小肠、大肠组织均呈正常形态学，无病理性损伤改变。
