Methods OS732 was treated with 10^(-5)MATRA for 6 days, then we observed cell morphology, counted cell number, analyzed cell cycles by flow cytometry and detected mRNA expressions of cyclinD (Dl, D2, D3), CDK4, P21 by semi-quantity RT-PCR. Treatmed with 10^(-5)MATRA, The nucleus of OS732 cells became small and condensed, and cytoplasms expanded.

用10^(-5)MATRA作用骨肉瘤细胞OS732， 6d后，进行细胞形态学观察、活细胞计数、流式细胞仪分析细胞周期、半定量RT-PCR检测细胞周期调控蛋白CyclinD(D1、D2、D3)、CDK4、P21 mRNA表达的改变。

Primary thymus carcinoma is rare in the mediastinum and histological patterns are various.

胸腺癌是纵隔少见的恶性肿瘤，肿瘤细胞形态学具有多样性。

Acute myocardial infarction is a common cause for sudden and unexpected death. However, it is difficult to detect the myocardial changes in medico-legal practice with traditional macroscopic examination or routine histological stains when the sudden death occurs in the hyper-acute phase of infarction (＜3h).

急性心肌梗死是引起猝死的常见原因，然而，在法医实践中，对于心肌梗死的超急性期（＜3小时）发生死亡的心脏用传统的肉眼观察或常规组织学检查的方法很难发现心肌的形态学改变从而提供客观的诊断依据。

Sudden cardiac death from early myocardial ischemia is often lack of typically morphological findings and clinical manifestation, thus cases of SCD may be suspected as criminal cases. It is necessary to clarify the cause of death, which is significance for medico-legal investigation.

早期缺血性心肌病变引起的心源性猝死(sudden cardiac death， SCD)由于发病突然，常缺乏典型的形态学改变和临床表现，易被怀疑为刑事案件，查明其死亡原因对法医学实践有指导作用。

Methods The clinical features,routine hematological tests and morphology of medullary cells were analyzed in 49 cases.

经过大量的实验结果分析、查阅标本和野外调查，结合古植物学、比较形态学、演化植物学和分类学等理论进行分析，认为苏铁科原始的类型为羽叶呈二歧状分叉的种类，其中最原始的又是羽叶呈三回二歧状分叉的种类，从这个羽叶类型逐渐演化出一回二歧状分叉的羽叶类型，再演化出羽叶为单羽状的类型；而单羽状叶的类群中，又以大孢子叶侧裂片具三回、二回及一回二歧状分叉数量多的种类为最原始，而侧裂片二歧状分叉数量少的为较进化，侧裂片无二歧分叉的如拳叶苏铁类为最进化的种类。
