The author thinks that the education communality doesn't lie on the formation of the education institute, not be against with the efficiency valuate favor, not be exclusive from the modern marketing economy. In our country, the private higher education has the attribute of the common property and it is the public education in the person of national interest and has the great potentialities of development.

本文认为教育公益性并不取决于办学形式、教育公益性并不反对效率价值取向、教育公益性并不排斥现代市场经济，我国民办高等教育具有公共品属性，是体现国家利益的公共教育，我国民办高等教育具有巨大的发展潜能。

The ability of teachers reflection is mainly cultivated in the continuing education to teachers. The continuing education to teachers aims at the cultivation of such reflection ability, so it demands renewal of the prerequisite of the continuative education and the revolution of its content, process and form.

教师反思能力主要是在教师继续教育中培养的，以培养反思能力为目标的教师继续教育，需要更新传统的教师继续教育的前设，改革其内容、过程和形式。

Finally, the writer argues, that, to solve the present problem of Chinese computer music education, depends on the following: 1） to increase the education investment, to enlarge the group of educatee by the different educational model, to produce self-developing mechanism and to expend the educational area according to the facts and the social developing demands. 2） to reform the course structure and to contribute its content base on applicably, scientifically and practically. 3） to train the specialized and complex teachers intentionally.

最后，笔者根据我国计算机音乐教育与美国等发达国家的差距和现阶段国内发展计算机音乐教育需要解决的实际问题，提出了自己的三点看法和九个初步的解决策略：1、采用增加教育投入、多种形式的教学模式扩大受教育者范围、营造自身发展机制、根据实际情况和社会需求重点建设来扩大教育规模；2、根据适应性原则、科学性原则和实用性原则来进行课程的结构改革和内容建设；3、有意识地从注重专业型和复合型人才两方面培养自己的教师队伍。
