Ihde's philosophy of technology is very typical in contemporary American circles of philosophy of technology. His philosophy is not only closely related to former philosophers of technology such as Heidergger and Mumford, but also integrates analytical philosophy and pragmatism with phenomenology. By using materials of history of technology and anthropology, lhde reinterprets former basic problems in the philosophy of technology and forms his own system of philosophy of technology. Ihde's philosophy represents the new directions of American philosophy of technology, which pay attention to the research of the history of technology, the philosophical foundation of philosophy of technology and technological practices.

伊德的技术哲学思想在当代美国技术哲学中很有代表性，他的思想既与以前的技术哲学家像海德格尔、芒福德等人的思想密切相关，又在现象学的基础上融合了实用主义和分析哲学的成分，并借助于人类学和技术史等学科的材料，重新阐释了以前技术哲学中的一些主要问题，形成了自己的现象学技术哲学的思想体系，代表了当代美国技术哲学的最新趋势，即在研究技术史、技术哲学的哲学基础和技术实践的基础上，从不同的角度重新看待技术本身。

Within the complicated environment of contemporary society (or pre-modern, modern, postmodern in China), a "split" man (obviously with partly "split personality" and partly "split mentality"), or in my words, a "split city man", if Marcuse built up his theory of "one-dimensional man" in terms of social stratification, would become an offspring generated in the contemporary social environment with "its" reference to "everyone affected by modernization"(city man, country man unassimilated or assimilating in city and the "minority" being encroached by city culture).

This paper is divided into five parts, the first part begins with the content of science and technology risks, satiating the relations between technology risk and social risk, introducing the risk of the related social theory sisterly; the second part satiates the causes of the science and technology from internal and external factors; the third part illustrates the risks of science and technology system in contemporary Western society , the Western countries not only reflection in theory, but also try to prose in practice; the fourth part illustrates the characteristics of contemporary Chinese society and the Regulation situation of Technology Risk; the fifth part, making technology risk measures and proposals for China's regulations.

本文分为五部分，第一部分，从风险与科技风险的内涵入手论述科技风险与风险社会的关系，系统地介绍一下风险社会的相关理论；第二部分，从内部因素和外部因素两方面来论述，探析科技风险产生的原因；第三部分，介绍当代西方社会规制科技风险的工作，西方国家不仅进行理论的反思，而且也着手实践的尝试；第四部分，介绍中国当代社会的特征与规制科技风险的工作现状；第五部分，论述中国规制科技风险的措施与建议。

本论文试图从爱情、婚姻、家庭角度入手，分析研究新时期以来女作家笔下的婚恋书写，更加深入地探知当代女性作家呈现于文本中的女性经验；通过对新时期以来各阶段具有代表性的女性作家作品的剖析，归纳总结出当代女性作家小说文本中两性关系嬗变的轨迹及引发这些变化的原因；从中考察男权传统束缚下日益彰显出的女性意识，女性在冲破男权藩篱的同时对自身价值的偏颇定位；认清女性在现代社会中真实的生存处境和面对社会环境变迁引起的精神心理动荡、自我价值选择时的困惑。
