Chitosan had been modified by polyacrylate sodium, glularaldehyde, and NaBH4, respectively, which afforded three kinds modified chitosan: polyacrylate sodium modified chitosan (CIS- PA4) chitosan bead and pentamethylene diamido crosslinked chitosan bead (CTSB- G- Hy). The adsorption properties of CTS-CTSB and CTSB-G-Hy were studied by L25(56) orthogonal experimental design. They show high adsorption activities for Pb2+ in solution. The highest removal efficiency of Pb2+ for CTS-PA4, CTSB and CTSB-G-Hy is 94%, 96% and 93%, respectively. The results showed the adsorption property of CTSB is the highest. The CTSB- G- Hy has good mechanical property, acid-resistance and alkali-resistance.

第二部分壳聚糖的改性及其对水溶液中铅离子的吸附性能研究以壳聚糖为原料制备了三种改性吸附剂——聚丙烯酸钠改性壳聚糖(CTS——PA_4)、珠状壳聚糖凝胶树脂和戊二氨交联珠状壳聚糖凝胶树脂，着重考察了CTSB—G—Hy的制备条件，并考察了三种吸附剂吸附6.3mg/L铅离子水溶液中铅的最佳使用条件，结果表明对CTS—PA_4而言当pb~(2+)溶液的pH在4～6.5之间，吸附剂用量为5g/L，吸附时间为1h时pb~(2+)去除率高于94％，CTS—PA_4可在酸性条件下使用，在碱性条件下依然有效但处理效果较差；CTSB对pb~(2+)具有很好的吸附能力吸附剂用量为5g/L，吸附时间为1h时处理效果极佳，pb~(2+)去除率高于96％；CTSB—G—Hy对pb~(2+)具有一定的吸附能力，吸附剂用量为3g/L，吸附时间为1.5h时处理效果最佳，Pb~(2+)去除率高于93％，而且CTSB—G—Hy的机械强度高，耐酸碱性强，可在较宽的pH范围内使用。

Deduced by the proportion of typical sterile plants and normal fertile plants in segregative generations derived from WA zhenqiuA/6078 that:I gene could inhibit the expression of Rf gene completely by the heterozygosity of 1 pair of Rf in genotype;and only reduce the expression of Rf genes with two heterozygous Rf genes in genotype ;but it would never inhibit the expression of Rf genes if the genotype included 3 pairs of heterozygous Rf genes. When Rf gene was homozygous,the / gene could not inhibit the expression of it.

The experimental results shows, if the ratio between MS-1 and OP-10 rangs from 1:1 to 3:l,and the total dosage of them is about 20% of Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4 ) in quality, we can obtain a kind of stable seeded emulsion of organic silicone modified acrylic ester emulsion. At the same time, if the ratio between MS-1 and Tetramethylammonium Chlorideis l:1.7,the total dosage is about 50% of D4 in quality; the ratio between MS-1 and Cetyltrimethylammonium Chlorineis 7:1, the total dosage is about 25% of D4 in quality,we can also obtain stable seeded emulsions. But if the complex emulsifier system is made of TMAC and OP-10, MS-1 and Peregal O or CTAC and Span-80, we can not synthesize any kind of satisfactory seeded emulsions.

实验结果表明：当MS-1与OP-10的质量比为1：1～3：1，总用量为八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_4)的20％左右时，可合成稳定性良好的硅丙种子乳液；MS-1与四甲基氯化铵的质量比为1：1.7，总用量为D_4的50％左右，MS-1与十六烷基三甲基氯化铵的质量比为7：1，总用量为D_4的25％左右时，亦能得到稳定的硅丙种子乳液；而TMAC与OP-10、MS-1与Peregal O以及CTAC与Span-80的复合体系作为乳化剂时均不能得到满意的硅丙种子乳液。

The thermal property studies indicate that the mass loss of compound B was 54.39% at 242.2~750℃, and when the temperature was 1000℃, there was 25.11% char residue left, which showed that the title compound has a good thermal stability and char forming capability. Using acetonitrile as the solvent instead of trichloromethane or 1, 2-dichloethane gave higher yield.
