It is a new method for treatment of TMJ ankylosis.

Objective: To study the correlation between ankylosis of TMJ and condylar fracture.

Results In atropine group the function of isolated rats phrenic diaphragm was significantly less than that in control group (P＜0.01). In atropine plus PAM-CI group the function of isolated rats phrenic diaphragm was similar to control group.

结果 阿托品治疗组大鼠与空白对照组大鼠的单收缩和强直收缩有明显区别(P＜0.01)，而阿托品加氯磷定治疗组大鼠与空白对照组大鼠的单收缩和强直收缩无明显的区别(P＞0.05)。

Posttetanic potentiation wasrelated to the pretetanic twitch height but was not relatedto the dose of succinylcholine administered.

强直后易化的程度与强直前抽搐的程度相关，与琥珀胆碱的剂量无关。

Succinylcholine-inducedneuromuscular block had the following characteristics: 1 twitchaugmentation before twitch depression, which was seen more frequentlyin patients given smaller doses (0.1 and 0.3 mg/kg) than inthose given larger doses (0.5–1.0 mg/kg); 2 TOF fadeduring onset and recovery of the block; 3 tetanic fade; and4 and posttetanic potentiation.

琥珀胆碱诱导的神经肌肉阻滞具有以下特点：1）抽搐增强先于抽搐抑制，小剂量（0.1~0.3mg/kg ）比大剂量（0.5~1.0mg/kg ）更明显；2） TOF 衰减贯穿于阻滞的开始和恢复；3）强直衰减；4）强直后易化。

RESULTS The ethanol extract of the Huangqi could shorten latent period,increase maximal contractive extent and time and relaxative time at the twitch and complete tetanus of gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.

结果］ 黄芪酒精提取液缩短腓肠肌及比目鱼肌单收缩和完全性强直收缩潜伏期，增加单收缩最大收缩幅度，延长最大收缩时间及最大舒张时间；增加完全性强直收缩的最大收缩度，延长最大收缩时间。

objective to study the effects of ethanol extract of the huangqi on the skeletal muscles contractility in rats.methods the gastrocnemius and soleus muscle contractility were observed by stimulating the sciatic nerve with electricity after affusing stomach with ethanol extract of the200mg/kg dosage of huangqi for2weeks.results the ethanol extract of the huangqi could shorten latent period,increase maximal contractive extent and time and relaxative time at the twitch and complete tetanus of gastrocnemius and soleus muscles.conclusion the ethanol extract of the huangqi can enhance skeletal muscles contractility in rats.

方法］ 灌胃给予200mg/kg黄芪酒精提取液2周后，观察大鼠坐骨神经受刺激后腓肠肌及比目鱼肌的收缩力。［结果］黄芪酒精提取液缩短腓肠肌及比目鱼肌单收缩和完全性强直收缩潜伏期，增加单收缩最大收缩幅度，延长最大收缩时间及最大舒张时间；增加完全性强直收缩的最大收缩度，延长最大收缩时间。［结论］黄芪酒精提取液可增强大鼠骨骼肌的收缩力。

Or else, posterior approach is a better choice. As regard to patients who had both ankylosed hips and only one hip can be undergone total hip replacement, after the operation, the function of this hip is good, but the patient can't walk because of the influnce of the other hip, so that the Harris hip score is very low, often less than 70 points. But this didn't indicate that the function of the hip is poor. Due to that, we recommend that the Charnley hip score should be adopted under this condition.

对双侧强直患者，行单侧置换后，该髋关节良好，但受对侧或其他关节的影响，患者仍不能行走，Harris评分仍很低，在70分以下，但这并不能说明术侧髋关节功能不好，因此，对经济状况不良或身体状况差者，不能同时行双侧手术，单侧髋关节置换后功能评分将受影响，双侧髋关节强直的患者只行单侧手术后的评分不适合用Harris评分，而用Charnley评分较为合适。
