METHODS From February 1983 to March 2001, 265 patients with different types of body surface hemangioma were treated with prednisone in 94 cases, laser in 102 cases, and plastic surgery operation in 69 cases respectively.

1983年 2月～ 2 0 0 1年 3月，采用强的松、激光、整形手术等方法治疗不同类型的体表血管瘤 2 6 5例，其中强的松治疗组 94例，激光治疗组 10 2例，手术治疗组 6 9例。

There was no time difference in recovery of free thyroxine beween those treated and those not treated with prednisone.

结果：32例病人中有11例接受强的松治疗，但血清游离甲状腺素恢复正常的时间和非强的松治疗组比较没有差异，长期随访结果显示强的松治疗组具有较高的事件发生率。

C。滋阴清热方组：中药剂量，共0.6ml(0.4 g)煎剂，每日灌胃一次。 D。滋阴清热方+强的松组：强的松为7mg/kg/d，用生理盐水配成混悬液0.2ml；中药剂量共0.4ml(0.4 g)煎剂。

There were fewer positive cells in other groups. The change tendency from few to many is control 2, MP3→MP2, MP4→control 1, MP1 Conclusions 1. Methylprednisolone is a very potential anti-scar drug and can elevate successful rate of rabbit filtration. 2. Used in the way of cotton patch, MP has lower ocular toxicity. Samely, high concentration could be got topically. 3. In definite range, the activity of MP is concentration-dependent. In other words, the activity can be promoted with the increase of concentration. Total results considered, 100mg/ml MP group is identified to have the best effect of all MP groups in the experiment.

； 实3组与对2组脯间差异不显著（Pl.05），但与其它继间差异显著①＜0.05）；实2组和实4组间差异不显著，但与其它各组间差异显著（P＜0.05人结论1、甲基强的松龙是—种很有潜力的低毒的摊痕抑制剂，可提高兔B湖过阶术的成功率；人甲基强的松溉用术中湿片贴敷的方式，既减轻了毒副作用，又可以达到局部用药的高浓度，是一种值得推荐的给药方法；3、在一定范围内，甲强龙的作用与浓度呈正相关关系，本次实验以 100ined组效果最好。

Methods In the treatment group which received tetragenous treatment,the 31 cases were administered additional doses of doxycycline and chinese herbs in addition to routine administration of cyclophosphamide and prednisone while in the control group the 18 cases were only given prednisone and cyclophosphamide.

NF-κB, TXA2 and PGI2, along with the renal pathomorphology and so on can all be the indexes of the diagnosis of Symptom of "Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis" and the application of Methods of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation" in TCM.5. The curative effects on AN rats by treatment of integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine with prednisone are much better than using prednisone only. And the curative effects on AN rats by treatment of matching Decoction Shenkangling, having the function of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation", with Prednisone are much better than using Prednisone only.6. When it referred to decreasing urine protein, cholesterol and triglyceride and increasing albumin, Decoction Zhibodihuang excesses Decoction Taohongsiwu. However, when it referred to regulating the disequilibrium of TXA2/PGI2 and meliorating renal lesion, Decoction Taohongsiwu exceeds Decoction Zhibodihuang.7. The curative effects on AN rats by treatment of matching Methods of "Benefiting the kidney and Promoting blood circulation" with Prednisone overmatches using Prednisone matching Method of "Benefiting the kidney" or Method of " Promoting blood circulation" only.

益肾活血中药肾康灵能显著改善AN鼠的肾虚血瘀证的临床表现和实验指标，这可能与中药肾康灵能调理AN鼠机体的NEI网络功能稳态，降低异常升高的NF-κB活性，抑制免疫炎症/硬化介质环节，纠正失衡的TXA2/PGI2，改善AN鼠血液高凝状态，提高AN鼠的血清Alb，降低Ch和TG，减轻AN鼠的肾脏组织病理学变化，保护肾小管－间质功能，阻止MCD向FSGS转化；显著减轻AN鼠的尿蛋白水平以及减轻激素副作用有关。4、NF-κB、 TXB2和6-keto-PGF1α以及肾脏病理形态学改变等，都可作为中医肾虚血瘀证诊断和益肾活血法应用的客观指标。5、中西医结合干预AN鼠疗效优于单纯激素治疗；强的松配合益肾活血中药肾康灵组的综合疗效显著优于单纯强的松组。6、知柏地黄汤组在降低尿蛋白、提高血清Alb、降低Ch和TG疗效上优于桃红四物汤组；桃红四物汤组在纠正失衡的TXA2/PGI2和减轻肾脏病理损害方面优于知柏地黄汤组。7、激素配合益肾活血法干预AN鼠在一定程度上优于激素配合益肾法或活血法。

Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: acute spinal cord injury groups ( SCI groups, n=20);administration of Ulinastatin (U groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour.;administration of Methylprednisolone (M groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour; administration of Ulinastatin and Methylprednisolone(M+U groups, n=20), use Ulinastatin and Methylprednisolone after SCI at half an- and 4- and 8- and 24- and 48- hour;Allen's weight drop model of acute spinal cord injury was prepared.

本课题利用Allen重物打击模型，选用SD大鼠80只，随机分为四组：脊髓损伤组(SCI组，n=20)；使用乌司他丁组(乌组，n=20)；使用甲基强的松龙组(甲组，n=20)；乌司他丁+甲基强的松龙联合用药组(乌+甲组，n=20)，所有给药组在脊髓损伤后(半小时、4小时、8小时、24小时、48小时)给药。
