College of Guandong Business, Guanzhou 510320, China）Abstract: Since large-scale vertical quench furnace is voluminous, whose working condition is a typically complex process with distributed parameter, nonlinear, multi-inputs/multi-outputs, close coupled variables, etc, dynamically decoupling control algorithm of temperature distributed parameter system in the furnace was presented, by which the whole system was decoupled to several subsystems and the implementation of controller was simplified. With finite difference approximation, the space and time step size was solved to ensure the convergency of finite difference approximation. After decoupling, the subsystems were controlled with self-learning PID control algorithm. The results show that the temperature control precision and homogeneity are improved; the overshoot and process in temperature rising period are reduced simultaneity.

摘 要：针对大型立式淬火炉体积庞大，工况复杂，炉内温度分布呈本征非均匀性，具有多输入/多输出、非线性、强耦合等特性，难以实现炉内温度高精度高均匀性控制目标等问题，提出一种温度分布参数系统动态解耦控制算法，其原理是：采用有限维逼近方法将对象解耦为多个独立的子系统，简化控制器的实现过程；通过分析有限维逼近方法的收敛性，获得保证收敛性的空间和时间步长应满足的条件；解耦后的子系统采用自学习PID控制算法，实现炉内温度高精度和高均匀性控制以及升温过程的快速性和小超调。

Totally, these results indicated that tailing pile could be the new source for finding new heavy-metal-tolerant microorganisms. Two morphologically distinct types of colonies investigated in this study may include more than 4 undescribed bacterial species.

同时还初步发现几个有进化生态学意义的现象：(1)矿渣极强的重金属选择作用和环境隔离条件可能导致新物种在短期内形成；(2)自然选择可能在物种以上层次发挥作用；(3)不同环境因子对微生物生物量、抗性细菌比例、物种和遗传多样性等生物指征的作用不同；(4)不同的生物特征对环境因子修饰作用的敏感程度也不一样。

Resultantly, the individual warm/cold events in ENSO cycle appear to be partially locked to the annual cycle, and also exhibit obvious irregularity both in amplitude and in lasting time.

本文第四章研制设计了一包含海洋表面边界层和大气辐合反馈过程的热带太平洋海气耦合异常模式，进而利用该模式对ENSO循环进行了较为真实的模拟，通过对模式ENSO循环的演变特征及其形成机制的细致分析，建立了-ENSO循环的非线性分析模式，并提出了ENSO循环形成的一种更为客观的理论，指出：1）和观测事实类似，模式ENSO循环确实涉及了三种主要时间尺度过程即LF、QB和AC，其中LF为3-4年主周期振荡，QB占总方差10～20%；2）ENSO循环的正反馈机制是不稳定海气相互作用过程，且这一不稳定过程的发展在暖态中明显强于冷态；3）ENSO循环的负反馈机制在冷暖态中表现不同，在冷态消亡过程中，这种负反馈过程主要表现为西边界反射产生的时滞效应，但在暖态消亡过程中不存在类似的时滞效应，其负反馈过程主要表现为在海气耦合不稳定充分发展时伴随的赤道两侧冷水上翻过程的加强以及非线性过程的衰减作用抑制了不稳定的发展并最终使得系统回复至冷态；4）ENSO循环的3-4年主周期振荡是一非线性系统的自激振荡现象，其形成是线性系统的本征模即准两年振荡通过非线性机制产生的周期加倍所致，其中&单向性&大气辐合反馈加热过程对其形成至关重要；5）虽然年循环过程对ENSO循环形成没有本质影响，但它可明显影响ENSO循环的具体振幅和位相，使得ENSO对季节循环有明显的&锁相&特征，并且也使得ENSO循环在振幅大小和时间长短方面呈现出明显的不规则性。

Identification of extensive phenotypic information to 6 pare cultures and detection of the mol% G+C ratio of the DNA to representative strains, showed that the examined bacteria belonged to a new morphovar of Acinetobacter junii, and was designated as Acinetobacter junii Morphovar Ⅰ. In addition, serotype, antibiotic sensitivity and pathogenicity of isolates were studied, the results showed that the 6 strains have the same K-antigen and O-antigen, there arc no obvious differences in sensitivity and resistance to used 37 antimicrobial agents between strains, and have strong pathogenicity to experimental stone bonder and Bastard halibut.

经对6株纯培养菌在形态特征、理化特性等方面较系统的表观分类学指征鉴定及代表菌株DNA中G+C mol%的测定，表明为琼氏不动杆菌的一个新形态型并定名为琼氏不动杆菌形态型Ⅰ(Acinetobacter junii morphovar Ⅰ)；同时，对该菌进行了血清型、对抗菌类药物的敏感性及致病作用等方面的试验，初步表明此6株菌具有同种的表面及同种的菌体抗原，对供试37种抗菌类药物在不同菌株间的敏感及耐药无明显差异，对供试石鲽及牙鲆均具有较强的致病作用。

The main reasons and its correlated factors of the photoacoustic signal had been quantitatively analyzed based on signal absorption and photoacoustic rationale. It is found that the changed coupling coefficient of sound source and optical cavity modes which caused by the intensity of incident light absorbed by gas sample is the major reason, and a criterion was put forward for signal saturation depth estimating.
