Monocellular Raman spectrums of normal liver cell line (LO2) and carcinoma liver cell line (SMMC-7721) were studied with laser tweezers Raman spectrums system and each cell was investigated in three different points, the result of which showed; significant differences of average Raman spectrums were found between the normal cell and the carcinoma one; And, the spectra line of carcinoma cell became weak at the whole; Additionally, the spectral peak intensity ratio of normal cell at 1658cm^(-1) and 1450cm^(-1) was 0.63 while that of carcinoma was 0.99; Moreover, the structure and the amount of protein; nucleic acid, lipids and other such molecules had also changed.

本工作利用激光镊子拉曼光谱系统研究了人正常肝细胞株(LO2)和肝癌细胞株(SMMC-7721)的单细胞拉曼光谱，对于每个细胞在不同部位测三个点。实验结果显示：正常细胞和癌细胞的平均拉曼光谱存在显著差异；癌细胞谱线强度整体变弱；正常细胞的1658cm^(-1)处峰和1450cm^(-1)处峰的强度比值为0.63，癌细胞的为0.99；癌细胞的核酸、蛋白质、脂类等重要生物分子在结构或含量上都发生了不同的改变。

在行走过程中，随着负荷等级的增加，竖脊肌收缩力增大，其AEMG值也相应增大；左手提与右手提对腰部两观察肌肉的激活程度具有同等效果；上楼时腰部竖脊肌、多裂肌的激活强度显著大于平地和下楼时的激活强度，而平地与下楼之间不存在差异。

Delay condition make experiment approach to mere exposure of attitude object, and two experiment demonstrate attitude"s automatic activation effect is the result of noncognitive processing.

第一个实验，探讨了态度强度对态度自动激活效应范式的影响，结果发现态度强度不是影响态度自动激活效应的因素；在第二个实验中，探讨了时距对态度自动激活效应的影响，时距控制使得实验更接近于态度物的单纯呈现，结果发现时距没有对自动态度激活效应产生影响，从而论证自动态度激活效应可能是非认知系统作用的结果，具有普遍性。

With retention time prolonged, the concentrations of TN, NH4(superscript +)-N and TP of domestic sewage were obviously reduced in all floating-bed systems, however the NO4(superscript +)-N concentrations were gradualjy accumulated due to the stronger nitrification than denitrification. The plants in floating-bed system increased significantly the N2O flux, which was 174.44μg/(m^2h), 82.19μg/(m^2h), 112. 49μg/(m^2h) and 44.81μg/(m^2h), respectively, for the Lolium mutliflorum, Oenanthe javanica, Vetiveria Zizanioides arid none-plant floating-bed systems.
