It is shown that the strengthening mechanisms came from many aspects, including the tension and compression of crystal planes, the bending and distortion of crystal lattices, the increase of dislocation density, the formation of cellular dislocations, the transformation of part of the residual austenites.

以300M超高强度钢为例，运用多种测试手段，如TEM、SEM、XRD以及金相分析技术，发现强化层组织中晶面的拉伸和压缩，晶格的弯曲和歪扭，位错密度的增高，胞状位错的形成，部分残余奥氏体向形变马氏体的转变等现象，在综合分析的基础上指出，位错强化是抗疲劳增寿的主要因素。

It has been found that during the spark plasma sintering process, under the condition of large current, short sintering time and lower sintering temperature, the metastable icosahedron quasicrystal phase in primary powder particles is kept. And the strong discharge plasma among particles can decompose or break the oxide film on the primary powder's surface, resulting in the increment of their combination strength. So the as-prepared bulk alloy possesses high density and ultra-high strength.

结果表明，在放电等离子烧结过程中，采用大电流、短时、低温的烧结条件可使快冷雾化法制备的原始合金粉末中的准晶强化相及其它细小强化相得以保存，而局域强放电等离子体可以分解或破碎铝合金粉末表面的氧化膜，使合金粉末颗粒间的结合强度增加，制备出的块体铝合金具有高的致密度和超高强度。

The research results show as follows. As plastic deformation increases, the Young's modulus of material continuously changes. This variation law is able to be described using a piecewise linear function .Hardening model and whether the variation is considered or not make great effet on springback prediction. It is proved that the springback prediction result which adopts the elastic-plastic constitutive model based on INLK hardening model and the variation of Young's modulus is considered, is more close to experimental result. After the sheet metal undergoes multiple bending, the corner radius and bending height also affect springback greatly.But the effect trend is different. At the same time, the reliability of springback research using numerical simulation is proved.

研究结果表明：材料弹性模量随塑性变形的变化是不断变化的，该变化规律可用分段线性函数进行描述；强化模型及考虑弹性模量变化与否对回弹预测有很大的影响，基于INLK强化模型和考虑弹性模量变化的弹塑性本构模型对回弹的预测结果与试验最接近；多次弯曲中圆角半径与弯曲高度对板料变形后的回弹有较大影响，但影响趋势不同；证明了数值模拟方法对回弹研究的可靠性。

The results show that the microstructures of these three kinds of coating are different from those of the matrix (20 steel). The wear resistance of the flame spray coating is 4. 9 times that of the matrix. This is caused by the existance of hard noncrystal microparticals. The wear resistance of the coating by flame spray welding is 6. 3 times that of the matrix. The reason is that the fine crystal grains can be formed and the solution strengthening, dispersion hardening can be induced by these alloy elements. The resistance of the laser remelt coating is 8. 8 times that of the matrix. This is due to the solution strengthening, dispersion hardening and the existence of very hard dendritic crystal, eutectic and martensite in the microstructure.

作者指出，喷涂层由于层内有一定数量高硬度的合金非晶质点存在，其耐磨性是钢基体的4.9倍；喷熔层内合金晶化产生的晶粒细小，合金元素能起固溶强化作用，也能生成化合物产生弥散硬化作用，故此耐磨性是钢基体的6.3倍；激光涂敷层除所含合金元素产生的固溶强化和弥散硬化作用外，表层组织为高硬度的枝晶+共晶和马氏体，故其耐磨性是钢基体的8.8倍。

CT images of the 6 UAs showed homogenous and low density in comparison with muscles. Of the 6 UAs, 2 (33%) were lobulate, 4 (67%) were regularly round or oval; 1 (17%) had bone septa, 2 (33%) had root resorption of the neighboring teeth, 3 (50%) had cortical perforation. All UAs showed well-circumscribed margins without soft tissue masses. Three UAs were examined by enhanced studies and showed mild to moderate enhancement of the wall. Of the 5 MAs, 3 (60%) showed low to intermediate density as compared with muscles, 2 (40%) showed homogenous and intermediate density; 3 (60%) had bone septa; 3 (60%) showed root resorption or destruction of the neighboring teeth. All 5 MAs were lobulate with cortical perforation, soft tissue masses, and ill-defined margins. All 3 MA5 examined by enhanced studies showed strong enhancement. CONCLUSIONS: SMAs are usually seen in middle-aged patients.

UA病变平扫时与肌肉相比内部都呈均匀低密度，其中4例(67%)呈较规整的圆形或椭圆形，2例(33%)呈分叶状，3例(50%)局部骨皮质有缺损，但未见软组织肿块形成，l例(17%)见不全骨性分隔，2例(33%)邻近牙根有吸收，行增强扫描的3例囊壁均呈轻中度的强化。5例MA的病灶都呈分叶状，且骨皮质均被穿破并有软组织肿块形成，边界不清，其中3例(60%)平扫时与肌肉相比呈等低混杂密度，2例(40%)呈较均匀等密度，3例(60%)可见不全的骨性分隔，3例(60%)见牙根的吸收或破坏，行增强扫描的3例都呈明显强化。

They are FF testing methods, surface treatment technique, evaluation of the properties of surface modification layer, coating induced embrittlement, selection of coating materials, effects of SP and other surface modification on fretting fatigue resistance . A new coating technology combined with shot peening is proved in improving FFR of titanium alloy. The relation between fretting wear and fretting fatigue mechanism of titanium alloy are discussed on the basis of the experimental results. The main contributions are as follows:(1) Shot peening is the most efficient way in improving fretting fatigue resistance of titanium alloys. Working hardening, roughening and compressive residual stress are involved in the shot peened surface.

本文针对上述问题，从影响FF行为的关键环节：FF实验方法、表面处理工艺技术及表层性能评价、镀层引起的钛合金脆化行为、脆化机制及镀层材料的选择、喷丸强化因数和表面涂层对钛合金FF抗力的影响、FF与微动磨损的联系等，深入系统地研究影响钛合金FF抗力的控制因数，探讨FF机理，并通过喷丸形变强化与新型表面镀或渗层合理复合，达到进一步提高钛合金FF抗力的目的。

In this paper, research is focused on the heat and mass transfer features during absorption process on the two-scale corrugation plate surfaces of plate-shell heat exchangers. This new Kind structure has vertical large corrugations and horizontal small ones, which can enhance the convection heat transfer of cooling water at internal plate channel side and make the liquid falling film uniformly distributed and turbulent by twisting path, so that the heat and mass transfer characteristics at both sides can be enhanced while sufficient flow area for adequate resistance requirement is also met.
