Results The lesion located at the basal segments of left lower lobe in 9 cases (90%), furthermore, 7(70%) at the posterior basal segments; The remainder 1 case (10%) was found at the posterior basal segment of right lower lobe; The lesion present as multiloculated cyst containing fluid and/or air in 7 cases(70%) without contrast enhancement of cyst wall, 3 cases (30%) presented as irregular mass with moderate enhancement, in which bronchiectasis with mucous impaction, calcification or cyst containing fluid may be seen; MRP, MIP and VR reconstructions showed anomalous branches arising from descending aorta in all 10 patients(100%) with draining into left atrium via pulmonary vein,which was consistent with surgery; Ipsilateral hilar lymphadenopathy was demonstrated in 7 cases (70%).

结果 9例（90％）病灶位于左下叶基底段，其中7例（70％）位于左下叶后基底段，1例（10％）位于右下叶后基底段；7例（70％）病灶表现为含液/气的薄壁多房囊腔，增强后囊壁无明显强化，3例（30％）表现为不规则团块，增强后有中等强化，其内有粘液嵌塞的扩张支气管，也可有钙化或液性区；MPR、MIP及VR等三维重建显示10例（100％）均为降主动脉发出异常分支供血，并通过肺静脉回流入左房，血管显示情况与手术相符；7例（70％）患侧肺门淋巴结有增大。

Results 33 cases of CTPV were all showed collateral veins, which were biliary collateral veins of the portal vein (n=33), gastric collateral veins (n=25), pancreaticoduodenal region collateral veins (n=14), parumbilical collateral veins (n=2). The collateral veins were appeared as soft tissue density on precontrast scan, with generally no enhancement on arterial phase, but on venous phase, they were appeared as multiple punctuate, strip, nodous or thin reticulate enhanced vessels, which were with tortuous, abnormally dilated, and cavernous in shape.

结果 33例全部显示侧支静脉，其中显示33例胆支、25例胃支、14例胰十二指肠后上静脉和2例脐旁静脉，侧支静脉CT平扫表现为软组织密度影，动脉期一般无强化，门静脉期显示多发点状、条状、结节状或细网状的强化血管影，走行扭曲，异常扩张，呈海绵样改变；22例显示门静脉栓子，14例显示肝脏灌注异常，12例显示胆系改变，25例显示脾肿大。

The diameter of primary sarcomatoid hepatic carcinoma ranged 5 -10 cm. Huge cystic-solid lesions with irregular septa were found in 2 patients, multiple nodulated soft tissue shadows in 4 patients, and inhomogeneous low-density lesion with unconspicuous enhancement in the other 2 patients.

6例CT平扫表现为囊实性低密度影，其内见条状分隔影(2例)及散在分布的条状、结节状软组织密度影(4例)，增强扫描呈不均匀强化，余2例CT平扫表现为不规则低密度影，增强扫描未见明显强化。
