研究结果表明：当船底板前横挡板角度为30度、底板截面形状为波浪形、底板截面深度为30mm时，直播机在行走时行走阻力最小，壅土最少，转弯时转弯阻力最小；当发动机38r／s时，发动机对排种盘的振动影响最大，加刚度为100N／mm的减振弹簧或厚度为35mm的橡胶后，排种盘的振动量会大大降低，减振后的振动对排种无重大影响；仿真结果还显示，排种器力学模型、直播机行走、转弯性能和排种性能合理。
