只要，哦，弟子们，比丘应经常聚会并且经常举行会议。只要比丘一起聚会，一起进步，履行僧伽在团体中的职责；只要比丘不公布任何未经颁布的，废除不是已经颁布的，并按照已经颁布的条例行事；只要比丘支持，尊重，崇敬和荣耀长期被任命的有经验的长老，父亲和领导人的命令，并尊重他们有价值的讲话只要比丘不再受到导致轮回的执着心的增加的影响；只要比丘乐于在森林里静修；只要比丘注重他们的内心，遵守出离的独身的原则，与那些现在仍在的人和平相处，可以预期比丘不会堕落，而会兴盛。
