The Vessel has leave to dock and undock, to go into graving dock, to sail or navigate with or without pilots, to go on trial trips and to assist and tow vessels or craft in distress, but it is warranted that the Vessel shall not be towed, except as is customary or when in need of assistance, or undertake towage or salvage services under a contract previously arranged by the Assured and/or Management and/or Charterers without the prior written agreement of the Underwriters.

If the vessel comes into collision with another ship as a result of the negligence of the other ship and any act, neglect or default of the Master, Mariner, Pilot or the servants of the carrier in the navigation or management of the vessel, the owners of the cargo carried hereunder will indemnify the carrier against all loss or liability to the other or non-carrying ship or her owners in so far as such loss or liability represents loss of, or damage to, or any claim whatsoever of the owners of said cargo, paid or payable by the other or non-carrying ship or her owners as part of their claim against the carrying vessel or carrier.

如船舶由于他船疏忽以及本船船长、船员、引航员或承运人的受雇人员在驾驶和管理船舶中的行为、疏忽或不履行职责而与他船碰撞，则根据本提单承运的货物的所有人应补偿承运人的一切损失或对他船亦即非载货船舶或其所有人的赔偿责任，但此种补偿应以上述损失或赔偿责任所体现的已由或应由他船亦即非载货船舶或其所有人付给上述货物所有人其货物的灭失或损坏或其提出的任何索赔的数额为限，且这种损失或赔偿责任已由他船亦即非载货船舶作为其向载货船舶或承运人提出的索赔的一部分，将其冲销、扣除或追回。

2 This insurance shall not be prejudiced by reason of the Assured entering into any contract with pilots or for customary towage which limits or exempts the liability of the pilots and/or tugs and/or towboats and/or their owners when the Assured or their agents accept or are compelled to accept such contracts in accordance with established local law or practice.

1.2 本保险不因被保险人签订限制或免除引航员和/或拖船和/或其所有人责任的引航或习惯拖带的任何合同而受损害，如果被保险人或其代理人根据既定的当地法律或惯例接受或被迫接受此种合同。
