本文叙述由于发现区熔法制备的N型InSb单晶锭条的迁移率与锭条同处切下的矩形样品的迁移率之间的差别，超出测量误差范围之外，从而得到切割、研磨过程引入机械损伤及电极制备过程引入"热损伤"的看法，它们影响所研究的样品的电学性质。

In this paper the utility analysis is introduced into the basic model for e-financial innovation diffusion by utilizing biological population model as its benchmark so that the point of saturation can be determined more accurately. in addition, empirical studies have been done using data of taiwan credit card and mainland bank card. the result provides theoretic reference for the strategic decision of financial institutions and for the policy-making of the supervisors.

This language can be extended when components are well designed. By the introduction of a data type conversion function in the edge design and can-connect function in input terminal, the extended data flow language successfully solved the data conversion between different data types. It is a difficult problem in data flow language to realize conditional jump and recursion, however, by using the mechanism of active condition, this dissertation solves the problem well.

Experimental results show the recognition rate of the method is 95%for a known expresser and 72% for a novel expresser. Aiming at the shortcomings of optical flow technique,two improved optical flow algorithms are presented.One way is to introduce forward and backword constraint eqution and Hessian matrix of optical flow equation is computed.The well- posedness of each point of local neighbourhood is examined and the weight of Lucas-Kanade's method is defined as the reciprocal of the conditioning number of its Hessian Matrix.

3针对传统光流法的缺点，分别提出了两种不同的改进方法：其一为引入前向-后向光流方程，计算其Hessian矩阵，把Hessian矩阵条件数的倒数作为Lucas-Kanade光流法的加权阵，可有效消除局部邻域中不可靠约束点，同时提高基本约束方程解的稳定性；其二为针对传统光流法只适用于刚体运动的特点，在扩展约束光流方程的基础上引入了div-curl样条函数作为扩展光流约束方程的附加约束条件，给出了一阶和二阶div-curl样条约束下光流的数值解。

It can be seen that besides the realization of the common-emitter gain, thus current amplification, the common-base properties were also improved due to the reduction of the common-base leakage current. We have attributed the improvement of the common-base properties and the realization of the common-emitter properties to the enhancement of the electron injection due to the utilization of the V2O5 interfacial layer.

By carrying out ~1H spin-diffusion experiments,the domain sizes of DNA in the complexes were determined.The domain size of DNA is found to decrease greatly when the N/P ratio changes from 0.5 to 3 and changes only slightly with further increase of the N/P ratio.After making a thorough analysis and discussion on drug control release and gene delivery systems with general NMR techniques,we presents a method of 1D PFG NMR technique to realize quick observation on the Mw change of polymer during its degradation process.Moreover,according to the inverse Laplace transformation theory and based on a function of diffusivity distribution of polymer in solution,2D PFG NMR technique is developed to measure the Mw distribution of polymer.Combined with Monte Carlo simulation,the degradation mechanism can be figured out.

从发展新的核磁共振方法，拓展核磁技术应用范围的角度来看，本文首次提出了采用一维脉冲梯度场技术快速测量降解过程中聚合物的分子量变化的新方法；并首次将Monte Carlo模拟与PFG实验结果进行了关联分析，从而不仅可以实时观测体系分子量的变化，而且可以对体系的降解机理进行深入分析；首次将延伸型指数函数引入对自扩散曲线的拟合，并通过反拉普拉斯变换，建立了一种实时测量聚合物体系分子量分布的新方法；首次将固体核磁共振的研究方法，引入聚合物/DNA复合物体系的研究。

Having combination of the theory of truth degree in metrology of logic with the theory of ∑-α-tautologies in fuzzy logic, which have been introduced by professor G.J.Wang, the theory of ∑Γ-truth degree was introduced, and its properties which induce a pseudometric on F were investigated. The results gained have complemented and enhanced the original theory, and the work delivers a new frame for fuzzy reasoning.

Two special structural features of the sulfonium salt were proved to stabilize its corresponding ylide and depress the 2,3-sigma rearrangement. One is that there is a trimethylsilyl in the end of the allylic double band. This silicon atom can stabilize a α-carbon anion and the corresponding ylide. Another is that there is hydroxy group in the beta-position of sulfonium atom. The oxygen of this hydroxy group may stabilize the sulfonium cation.
