According to actual condition, a model of wall thickness of rotary kiln is established. The constant coefficients in the model, including thermal conductivity, heat transfer coefficient, Fourier coefficient and contact resistance, are closely calculated. A formula of contact resistance is draw from a great deal of data of surface and inner temperature of rotary kiln. The wall thickness of rotary kiln is simulated by MATLAB. The simulation result is transmitted from MATLAB to DELPHI through a group of interface functions compiled by VC++. The basic graphs-circle and line are analyzed by the means of the technique of Visualization in Scientific Computing and the Bresenham arithmetic, and are realized the visualization of the wall thickness. The contents of communication between master computer and slaver computer are designed and the error control technique, the idea of multi-thread and the embedded assembly language are applied to realize the temperature data transmission and graph transmission, which largely improved the speed of transmission and the reliability and stability of system.
建立了符合现场实际的回转窑壁厚数学模型;结合现场采用红外测温仪测量所得的温度数据和回转窑的实际结构数据,确定出适合该模型的定常系数(包括导热系数、换热系数、傅立叶系数、接触热阻等),并得出与回转窑工况的相近的接触热阻公式ln=T~(0.5154)-36.7868;利用MATLAB软件仿真出回转窑壁厚,并将运算结果通过在VC++的编译环境下编译出MATLAB和DELPHI的接口函数传输到该监测系统中,实现了温度数据的转换和交换;运用科学计算可视化技术和Bresenham扫描转换算法对基本图形——圆和直线进行分析,从而实现了仿真后的壁厚数据可视化;在研究异步串行通信方式的基础上,设计了该系统上下位机功能和通信内容,并运用差错控制技术、多线程思想以及嵌入式汇编语言实现了温度数据和图形数据在上下位机之间的远程传输,提高了数据传输的速率和系统的可靠性、稳定性。

Some new method is presented in this paper: A. An Integrated parameters computation method to analysis asynchronous operation of the turbine generator is given, including the equivalence of short circuit and open circuit of field windings, deducing boundary condition of 〓 method and computing frequency parameters. B. A new memory structure for sparse complex matrix and a PCCG method based on it are introduced to save memory and computation time. C. An equivalent method of vacuum is presented, and effectively eliminate the effect of corner point and accelerate convergence of PCCG method. D. Coupling the computation of electromagnetic and temperature field is discussed and model for computing temperature field of the turbine generator rotor at asynchronous operation is built.

To prepare studying hierarchical intelligent control system of material flows in mineral processing plant further, picturing, transition rulers, analytic methods, relevance matrix and dynamic equation, defect in applying of Petri network, fall short of orient object models applying are discussed after technology of formalization model built, non-formalization built and compound model. And Petri network system with time attribute is expanded opening network system with interface of input and output. The network system expanded with all attributes of basic Petri network model has hierarchy and recursiveness, can be analyzed with mathematical tools of network system and can deal with concurrent and asynchronously also.
为了对选矿厂生产物流递阶智能控制系统的进一步研究奠定基础,本文在讨论了形式化建模技术、非形式化建模技术和复合模型的基础上,研究和分析了Petri网的图形表示、变迁规则、分析方法、关联矩阵与动态方程、Petri网模型应用中的缺陷、面向对象模型应用中的不足,并把采用赋时的Petri网系统扩展成为对外界有输入和输出接口的开放网系统,扩展后的Petri网具有递阶性和递归性,同时保持基本Petri网的所有性质,使模型仍可采用网系统数学工具进行分析,并可处理生产物流系统中的并发性和异步性。

The multi-dimensional signals measured by sensors with a machine working under normal condition or fault condition, can be used to build Q statistic and T^2 statistic respectively to detect the state of the machine. Meanwhile, the feature vector is constructed by the Q value and the T^2 value, the geometrical distance between the normal feature vector and the feature vector H when the machine goes wrong is used to realize the fault location. The results show that the method is feasible.
利用多个传感器测量的异步电机多维信号参量,构建电机在正常工作和发生故障时的Q统计和T^2统计,以实现电机的状态检测;利用Q统计和T^2统计值构建电机的状态特征向量,通过比较度量当前电机的特征向量与电机发生故障时的特征向量H的几何距离来实现电机故障的定位与分离实验证明,该方法可以有效地实现故障的诊断与分离。
