Digital signal processor with high speed arithmetic and logic operation is the base for its digital realization. In this paper, it introduces the principle of direct torque control and the character of TMS320LF2407 digital signal processor. At the same time, it gives the software and hardware design of direct torque control system for asynchronous-motor based on the TMS320LF2407 DSP.

本文介绍了直接转矩控制的基本原理及TMS320LF2407 DSP的特点，给出了以TMS320LF2407 DSP为核心的异步电动机直接转矩控制系统的设计方案及软硬件的实现，同时对直接转矩控制系统进行了实验和仿真，验证了直接转矩控制技术的优良性能。

Chapter one and chapter two analyse the basis theory and give a whole design plan and expatiate the basic exoterica of system inculding primary technology for application. It involves the basic control theory of satellite antenna and analyse for the whole function. Chapter three gives the hardware design which includes hardware etlectrocircuit structure, principle chart, selecting all kinds of parts of the apparatus , the sensor elements and the design of serial communication electrocircuit etc. Chapter four and chapter five introduce software design for the SCM and the personal computer, giving mainly design theory and material program which includ the design of searching for the satellite and searching for the high-point and the program development by Delphi on PC, explaining the basic principium of asynchronous serial communication for epigyny computer and hypogyny computer.

第一、二两章阐述了系统的理论基础及应用的主要技术，包括卫星天线控制基础理论和整体功能分析等等；第三章是系统硬件设计，包括硬件电路组成及原理图、各类元器件的选取及传感器原理，串行通信电路设计等：第四、五两章是单片机、PC机软件设计，给出了主要部分的设计原理及具体程序，包括监控软件设计、寻优设计、寻星设计，PC端Delphi程序设计开发等，并阐述了PC机和单片机异步串行通信的基本原理，是本课题的重点所在。

The foundation of this system provides a good reference to promote the standardization and intelligence of the overhaul and maintenance of vacuum switches. This paper develops a special HF pulse power supply for internal pressure estimation, which achieves the output of HF-HV sinusoidal pulse wave whose frequency and amplitude can be modified respectively, and meets the design requirements according to the results of Simulink simulation and practical experiments. With the help of AT89S52, this paper designs an I~2C serial bus based signal detection system for peak value signal acquisition of HF pulse currents, which communicates with the upper computer by asynchronous serial communication for uploading the data. In the upper computer, a human computer interface is developed by Matlab software, whose functions are to do some computation and graphic display, such as calibrating the relation curve of vacuum degree and peak value of HF pulse currents, vacuum degree computation, and vacuum lifetime evaluation analysis basing on grey forecasting model as well as making relative suggestions.

本文研制了用于真空度检测的高频脉冲电源，通过Simulink仿真和试验检验其满足设计要求，实现了电压幅值和频率独立可调的正弦波高频高压脉冲输出；利用以AT89S52为核心基于I~2C串行总线的信号检测系统实现高频脉冲电流峰值信号的采集，通过异步串行通信实现单片机与计算机之间的数据通信，将检测数据传至上位机；在上位机利用Matlab开发人机交互界面，实现相关数据处理和图形显示，包括真空度——高频脉冲电流峰值关系曲线标定、真空度数值计算、基于灰色预测模型的真空寿命评估分析和提出相应决策建议。

In this paper, the conjunct fault feature of broken rotor bar and stator inter-turn short circuit fault have been summarized and the mutual relation of the two has been disclosed according to detailed analysis. As establishes an important theoretical foundation for combination detection of broken rotor bar and stator inter-turn short circuit conjunct fault.
