异核现象

Using the methods of classical shape size measuring and chromosome analysis, we studied the morphological characters and Karyotype of Cobitis sinensis in Xiangjiang River. We also investigated the evolution line and Karyotype polymorphism of the C . sinensis by the methods of cytological classification and cytocatalytic. Our results suggest that the formation of chromosome polymorphism was concerned with heterologous hybridization and some of C . sinensis may perpetuate in a clonal manner by natural gynogenesis.

本文以湘江流域的中华花鳅为研究对象，运用经典的形态测量观察方法、染色体制片技术对中华花鳅的形态生态特征、染色体组型进行了初步研究：运用细胞分类和进化方法对中华花鳅的核型演化和核型多态现象的形成进行了分析，提出：其核型多态的形成牵涉到鳅科鱼类的异源杂交，某些中华花鳅可能是行雌核发育生殖的。

超微结构分析表明，杂交细胞表面膜微绒毛、指状突及皱褶突等均明显减少，核内异染色质比例增高，核仁数目减少或消失，细胞质中常可见有空泡或黑色致密颗粒出现；少数杂交细胞出现线粒体肿胀、核固缩甚至排核现象。

The results show that the primers S37 and S61 are of apparently specific to the amplified bands of six strains, which establishes the basic for the degenerate molacular marker of Cordyceps militeris and confirms heterokaryosis and parasexuality of Cordyceps militeris.

As exposed to optics microscope and inverted microscope,compared to control,SW480 cells with Giemsa staining that treated with the H2RA(cimetidine、nizatidine) took on malignance declining as crimpled firstly,cellular bulk and heteromorphism dimimished,the amount of rounded cell manifolded,nucleolus bulk lessened,dyeing thin,the amount of nucleolus decreased,partial cell organs manifest side-gathering phenomenon on chromatin,and the link between SW480 cell is loosened , subsequently partial rounded cell is floated.When the H2RA(cimetidine 40μM、nizatidine 20μM) against SW480 cells after 3 day,SW480 cells change roundly,nucleolus smashed,shrinking nucleolus came into being,and part of those not adhibited cell wall.

在光镜和倒置相差显微镜下，与对照组相比，经姬姆萨染色观察，西咪替丁、尼扎替丁处理的SW480细胞，先发生皱缩，体积变小，异形性减少，细胞变圆数目增多，细胞核变小，染色变淡，核仁数量减少，部分可见染色质边集现象；细胞间连接疏松，随后部分变圆细胞浮起。40μM西咪替丁及20μM尼扎替丁连续处理3天后，SW480细胞全部变圆，细胞核碎裂，固缩微核形成，部分不再贴壁。
