The first is a discussion of "anxiety" and "depressing memory" from the level of psychology, spirit and culture, which are regarded as both obstacle and impetus of self-identity. Next is self-identity's image cast upon intimate relationship, that is, Electra complex, Oedipus complex, homosexuality and heterosexuality among women. The last is an analysis of narcissism that is the source and result of the above intimate relationship, which from individual narcissism to a age's or cultural narcissism, that is from sub-consciousness to historic scene, directly results in the plight of women writers and their writings.

首先对作为自我认同的障碍和动力因素的"焦虑"和"创伤性记忆"进行了心理、精神和文化层面的论析；其次对自我认同在亲密关系建立上的具象投射进行了分析和论证，即女性自我所表现出来的恋父情结、恋母情结、同性恋情结和异性恋，并指出其在女性写作发展中的历史表现；最后对作为以上亲密关系的根源和结果的自恋情结进行了分析，从个人的自恋到时代和文化的白恋，即自恋的从潜意识场景到达历史场景，直接造成了女性写作者和女性写作本身的困境。

The two methods are presented for non-stationary leakage signals based on original feature gradate. One is a combination of the peak-peak and grads, the other is mean energy method, with the methods eliminate influence of noise and the stress concentration identification is improved. Based on the relativity for wavelet coefficient square, the signal singularity detection theory of wavelet transform was employed to determine metal magnetic memory. 针对含有噪声非平稳性的漏磁信号，在原有信号特征量梯度的基础上，给出了新的时域空间梯度和峰-峰值组合特征量，以及能量峰值处理方法，有效消除了随机噪声对磁记忆信号的影响，提高了应力集中区的识别率；从磁记忆信号的奇异性检测角度出发，通过多尺度小波系数的平方相关一致性来确定真正的应力集中区；实验验证了所提方法的有效性。

However, the solutions of the Cauchy problem of the nonlinear hyperbolic system generally develop singularities in finite time even if the initial data are small and smooth.For this reason, solutions must be found in the space of discontinuous functions. Therefore, one can not directly use the classical analytic techniques that predominate in the theory of partial differential equations of other types. Instead, we construct approximate solutions via the singular perturbation methods. By using the compactness of the approximate solutions, we can obtain the existence of the solutions of original system.

然而一般而言，即使是在初值很小且光滑的情况下，非线性双曲型守恒律的Cauchy问题的解在有限时间内也会出现奇异性，为此，我们必须在不连续函数空间中寻找上述问题的解，因此对这类问题的研究，我们也不可能直接利用在其它类型的偏微分方程中占主导地位的解析方法来解决问题，而是通过奇异扰动法构造近似解，由近似解的紧性得到原问题解的存在性。

Firstly, Wavelet-Galerkin algorithm for solving the first kind of singular integral equation with the Hilbert kernel is proposed, we use the characteristic of periodic wavelet on L~2([0,1]) and Hilbert kernel to solve and make stiff matrix lower dimensions and become sparser through thresholding,thus the cost of computation is reduced. Because of the singularity of Hilbert kernel we use Tikhonov regularization method to solve the system of stiff equation. At last the convergence and numerical result of approximate solution are given. Secondly, an approach of regularization based on Fourier is presented for sideways heat equation; we give the theory proof and error estimate.

首先，提出了含Hilbert核的第一类奇异积分方程的小波伽辽金(Wavelet-Galerkin)数值算法，该算法中利用了L~2([0，1])上的周期小波和Hilbert核的特点进行处理，使得刚性矩阵维数降低并且通过阈值使得它更加稀疏，减少了计算量；由于Hilbert核的奇异性，通过Tikhonov正则化方法求解所得到的刚性方程组，给出了收敛性和数值结果；其次，对标准的一维逆热传导方程给出了一种基于Fourier正则化方法，给出了理论证明及其误差估计，解决了文献中算法与理论误差估计的不相匹配的现象，该正则化方法不仅保留了测量数据的部分高频成份，且与文献中的算法具有同样的计算量和误差估计。

The HPV positivity amongst the group of women with no cervical abnormality was 43%, while that in women with cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer was 81.2% PCR products from 89 HPV positive cases were genotyped by LiPA, of which 49 cases were single HPV infected concerning 11 different HPV types and the commonest type was HPV-16, occurring in 25(51%) of all single HPV infected cases. The other 40 specimens contained multiple HPV types comprising 16 different HPV types. Although double infections(n=25) prevailed, triple(n=9),quadruple(n=3) and quintuple(n=3) infections were also found. PCR products of four HPV positive cases failed to be classified by LiPA. Sequencing analysis revealed that these 4 cases were HPV-66 which was not included in LiPA probes. Follow-up data of 12 cases confirmed the HPV genotyping results. Conclusion The LiPA for HPV genotyping is easy to perform.

结果 155例妇女子宫颈刮片中HPV DNA检出率为60%，其中在宫颈细胞学检查正常或仅有炎症病变的妇女中HPV DNA阳性率为43%，而在宫颈细胞增生不良或宫颈细胞癌的妇女其阳性率为81.2%。93例HPV阳性的标本中，89例利用LiPA成功地作出了基因分型，其中单独一型HPV感染为49例，涉及11种不同基因型HPV，最常见的型别为HPV 16，占单独感染的51%(25/49)；另40例为不同型别HPV重叠感染，涉及所有16种HPV基因型别，二重感染占主导地位(n=25)，同时也检测出其它多重感染。4例HPV阳性的标本应用LiPA未能作出基因分型，DNA序列分析显示这4例为HPV 66感染，此型别不包括在LiPA所标记的探针内。12例随诊资料显示了LiPA的物异性及高度的重复性。

Chapter Five reviews the Chinese image portrayed by Eca de Queiroz, a Portuguese novelist, and the translations of Chinese poems by certain poets. Chapter Six investigates how poets, especially those who had once stayed in Macao, viewed and perceived China.

At the crossing line of the minoritizing and universalizing of queer subjectivity between Korea and the West, I'd like to construct an argument and discuss a new possibility of "West Meets East" in queer politics as to how Korean queers achieve sexual citizenship by not assimilating heteronormative norms and values but liberating their own quotidian sexual subjectivities and reforming institutions to further recognition of sexual diversity and inequality.

南韩的酷儿们要获得性方面的公民权不应该被异性恋的规范同化，而是要解放他们自己每天的性主体性，更多认识性多样性，认识实际存在的不平等。因此，在将酷儿的主体性少数派化和普遍化的过程中，在南韩和西方的交界线上，我希望建构一个新的论调，提出一种新的有关酷儿政治的&西方遇见东方&的可能性。
