Methods Totally 173 patients diagnosed as MDS according to FAB or WHO criteria with complete clinical and cytogenetical data were included in this reseach.

方法应用骨髓细胞短期培养法和染色体G显带技术，部分病例联合应用荧光原位杂交技术，对42例细胞遗传学检查具有+8异常克隆，16例具有-7/7q-异常克隆，以及55例虽然经常规细胞遗传学检查未检出异常克隆，但是骨髓涂片原始细胞≥0.10，按照FAB或WHO标准既往诊断为MDS的病例进行了临床及血液形态学和细胞遗传学的系列研究。

Methods Totally 173 patients diagnosed as MDS according to FAB or WHO criteria with complete clinical and cytogenetical data were included in this reseach. Among them 42 had +8 chromosome aberration, 16 had -7/7q-, and 55 had normal karyotypes and more than 0.10 blast cells in the bone marrow. Short term culture and G-banding techniques and in some specimens fluorescence in situ hybridization method were used to do chromosome analysis.

Based on the summary of newest progresses of global gravity field models, isostatic models and flexural theory of Hthosphere and making used of global gravity model (UTCSR GRACE/GFZ EIGEN-GRACE), First, I calculate geoidal anomalies with different degrees and orders, isostatic residual geoidal anomalies of Hthosphere and horizontal stress distribution in Chinese mainland and vicinity and make an interpretation with multi-levels isostatic equilibrium. Secondly, combination with surface geology and others geophysical data, I analyze detailed structure of lithosphere within various segments of the central orogenic system, respectively. Then, On the basis of making a comparative analysis with among East-Asian tomography, anomalies of geoid and satellite magnetic field for lithosphere and gravity and aeromagnetic, I propose a the lithospheric structural framework model for the Chinese mainland and adjacent area, specially the COS.

利用国际最新的地球重力场模型(UTCSR GRACE/GFZ EIGEN-GRACE)和GTOPO 30数字高程模型，笔者首先计算了中国大陆不同球谐阶次大地水准面异常、岩石圈均衡剩余大地水准面异常和水平应力场分布，从岩石圈内多层次均衡角度进行了解释推断；其次，结合地表地质和其它综合地球物理资料，分区段对中央造山系及邻区分析与解释了岩石圈细结构；然后，通过东亚地区地震层析、大地水准面异常和卫星岩石圈磁场、全国重力与航空磁力对比分析，建立了中国大陆及其邻区岩石圈，特别是中央造山系的初步结构框架。

Results All the children and their parents received interviews, otological examinations and clinical audiolugical teats. Their ages were between 4 and 15, with the average at 9.51±2.83.①The males were 341 (61.66%) and female 212 (38.34%), with the gender ratio of male to female as 1.61:1.②The peak of the age curves of treatment and the first onset of vertigo was 9.51 and 8.62-year-old, respectively.③20.98% of children with vertigo had normal results with peripheral vertigo more common in the rest.④ The semicircular canals were more likely to dysfunction if their relatives had vertigo or car sickness.

结果 ①553例儿童年龄4~15岁，平均9.51±2.83岁；男341例(61.66%)、女212例(38.34%)，男女之比为1.61：1；②就诊年龄和初次眩晕发病年龄的高峰期分别在9.51岁和8.62岁，发病无季节性，主要症状为自身或视物旋转，发作持续时间为数分钟至数小时；③约20.98%的儿童眩晕患者各项检查结果均正常，异常组中以外周性眩晕多见(78.04%， 341/437)，半规管功能异常者占63.83%(353/553)；④256例眩晕儿童直系家属中有眩晕史，其中171例(66.80%)出现水平半规管功能异常。

Objective:to investigate the influence factors of unusual red blood cell result using uf-100 urine sediment analyzer.methods:420 urine samples with unusual red blood cell result were analysed by uf-100 urine sediment analyzer.results:50 cases with calcium oxalate crystal, 31 cases with lots of miscellaneous germs, 22 cases with saccharomycete, 5 cases with drug crystal and other corpuscles were found in 112 urine samples with false positive result of red blood cells.

目的：研究uf-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测异常红细胞的影响因素。方法：对uf-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测的420例异常红细胞尿液标本进行沉渣镜检。结果：112例假阳性标本分别为50例草酸钙结晶、31例大量杂菌、22例酵母菌、5例其他药物结晶及杂质、4例为仪器本身异常。

Result:①out of 25 patients,17 exhibited myeloma-related bone lesions on radionuclide imaging,the positive rate was 68.0%,ribs and spine were involved most frequently,162 lesions showed high uptake of radionuclide,the lesions lied in ribs appeared as strings of pearls,and those in sternums and vertebrae showed linear high uptake,the other 4 showed decreased radionuclide uptake.②the positive rate on radiography was 68.0%(17/25),which was the same as that on radionuclide imaging,the patterns were osteoporosis,pathological fracture,osteolysis or two or two and above of these appearances, radiography detected more abnormalities than radionuclide imaging in identical sites(162 versus 144),but radionuclide imaging detected more lesions than radiography in ribs and sternums.

结果：①25例患者中，骨显像异常17例，阳性率68.0%，肋骨、脊柱最常受累，162处病灶表现为异常放射性聚集，其中，肋骨病灶呈串珠样，胸骨及椎体病变呈扁平状或线状，4处表现为异常放射性减低；②x线片阳性率68.0%（17/25例），与骨显像相同，主要表现为骨质疏松、病理性骨折、骨破坏或呈混合性改变，共同检测的部位中，x线片检出的病灶总数较骨显像多（162和144），但骨显像检出肋骨和胸骨病灶较x线片多。
