Bronchial mucosa cilia structure abnormality is common in acute stage of children with RRTI,but the majority of which were secondary cilia structure abnormality and adverted change,it is hope to recover after therapy,so we should make active anti-infection measure to treat children with RRTI while exploring cause to prevent unadverted change.

Abnormal phenomenon of BOD5 measurement of hydrogen peroxide bleaching wastewater was discussed and it was caused by the oxygen generated from decomposition of residual hydrogen peroxide in wastewater. Sodium sulfite is proposed to use for deoxidizing the residual hydrogen peroxide and the abnormal phenomenon can be eliminated effectively.

摘 要：探讨了H2O2漂白废水BOD5测定过程中的异常现象，发现废水中残余H2O2分解产生氧气是导致BOD5测定产生异常的原因，提出了加入亚硫酸钠（Na2SO3）还原废水中的残余H2O2的方法，可有效消除BOD5测定过程中的异常现象。

(1)In NSCLC, the overexpression of Ezrin and the abnormal expression of E-cadherin were correlative with primary carcinoma with metastatic carcinoma. The expressions of Ezrin and E-cadherin in primary NSCLC tissues and in metastatic carcinoma of lymph nodes were different. All of these suggested that the overexpression of Ezrin and the abnormal expression of E-cadherin may promote tumor metastasis. The investigation of Ezrin and E-cadherin may be useful for offering one method to prevent tumor from metastasizing.

(1)在NSCLC中，Ezrin的过度表达与伴有癌转移的原发性NSCLC有关，并且在淋巴结转移灶中的过度表达高于原发灶；E-cadherin的异常表达与伴有癌转移的原发性NSCLC有关，并且在淋巴结转移灶中的异常表达高于原发灶；以上均提示Ezrin过度表达和E-cadherin异常表达可能促进肿瘤转移，对Ezrin与E-cadherin的研究可能有助于提供一种阻止NSCLC患者肿瘤转移的治疗措施。

DCG has a long period of time to monitor and more chance to find pacing abnormality,especially DCG with pules mark is better for analysis pacing function.

起搏器埋置后，起搏及感知功能异常多为间歇性发生，DCG监测时间较长，结石发现起搏功能异常的机率较多，特别是带有脉冲标记的对于分析起搏功能异常帮助更大。

Result:①out of 25 patients,17 exhibited myeloma-related bone lesions on radionuclide imaging,the positive rate was 68.0%,ribs and spine were involved most frequently,162 lesions showed high uptake of radionuclide,the lesions lied in ribs appeared as strings of pearls,and those in sternums and vertebrae showed linear high uptake,the other 4 showed decreased radionuclide uptake.②the positive rate on radiography was 68.0%(17/25),which was the same as that on radionuclide imaging,the patterns were osteoporosis,pathological fracture,osteolysis or two or two and above of these appearances, radiography detected more abnormalities than radionuclide imaging in identical sites(162 versus 144),but radionuclide imaging detected more lesions than radiography in ribs and sternums.

结果：①25例患者中，骨显像异常17例，阳性率68.0%，肋骨、脊柱最常受累，162处病灶表现为异常放射性聚集，其中，肋骨病灶呈串珠样，胸骨及椎体病变呈扁平状或线状，4处表现为异常放射性减低；②x线片阳性率68.0%（17/25例），与骨显像相同，主要表现为骨质疏松、病理性骨折、骨破坏或呈混合性改变，共同检测的部位中，x线片检出的病灶总数较骨显像多（162和144），但骨显像检出肋骨和胸骨病灶较x线片多。

The positive rate on radiography was 68.0%(17/25),which was the same as that on radionuclide imaging,the patterns were osteoporosis,pathological fracture,osteolysis or two or two and above of these appearances, radiography detected more abnormalities than radionuclide imaging in identical sites(162 versus 144),but radionuclide imaging detected more lesions than radiography in ribs and sternums.

结果认为，6.8级地震前新疆6级地震平静4年多，5级地震平静2年，中期阶段地震平静显著；短期阶段5级地震显著增强，震源区出现前震活动，同时全疆定点前兆观测资料出现较为明显的短期异常并观测到少量的临震异常。不同孕震时段的异常特征是6.8级地震中短期预测的依据，因而也是当前经验预报的基础。
