There were 10 seismometric stations （ including telemetric stations ） and 13 precursor monitoring stations with 17 observation items within the distance of 300 km from the epicenters. There were 18 medium term, short term and imminent anomalies. 7 of them were anomalies in seismic activity and 11 items were precursory anomalies. The proportion of precursory anomalies within the distance of 200 km from the epicenters was 73%.

背景：与眼有关的异常联合运动是眼运动神经异常支配所致的多种复杂眼球运动异常，对其临床特点、分类普遍认识不足。

异常支配造成的眼与其他肌肉异常运动并非少见，临床上遇到非循规眼球运动时应考虑异常神经支配的存在。

Results One case of 226 Hz tympanograms was type "As" while others were all type "A", of which single-peaked tympanograms was 43.2%(108/250), W-shaped tympanograms was 56.8%(142/250). The abnormal pattern of 678 Hz tympanograms were 74 ears, and the abnormal pattern of 1000 Hz tympanograms were 35 ears. 43 newborns (86 ears) have accepted temporale CT and results showed 30 middle ears with effusion.

结果 226 Hz探测音鼓室导抗图有1耳为As型，其余耳均为A型，其中单峰型占43.2%(108/250)，双峰型占56.8%(142/250)；678Hz探测音鼓室导抗图异常者有74耳，其中65耳为B型，4耳为As型，5耳为C型。1000Hz探测音鼓室导抗图异常者有35耳，其中26耳为B型，5耳为As型，4耳为C型，声导抗测试异常或可疑者43例（86耳）颞骨薄层CT检查显示30耳存在中耳腔积液。

Results MRI showed symmetric abnormal signals in basal ganglia in 27 patients, in thalami and dentate nucleus in 21 patients, and in corona radiata-centrum ovale in 9 patients. All the lesions were hyperintensity on T1WI. Local hypointensity in basal ganglia was found in 4 patients, while hyperintensity or slight hyperintensity on both T2WI and T2-FLAIR were found in 26 patients, and slight hyperintensity with hypointensity on both T2WI and T2-FLAIR in 1 patient.

结果 27例颅脑MRI表现为双侧基底节区片状对称性异常信号，21例双侧丘脑、齿状核片状异常信号，9例双侧放射冠－半卵圆中心见片状对称性异常信号；27例T1WI上见高信号区，其中4例基底节区病灶内见小片状低信号；26例T2WI及T2-FLAIR见高或稍高信号，1例见稍高、低混杂信号。

The effect of treatment is negatively correlated with the course of disease, generally, the effect is much worse with the course of disease is much longer; The effect is positively correlated with the course of treatment, it is better if the course of treatment is longer.The group of more than one year is much excellent than the group of less one year. The ex-electroencephalogram before treatment is normal, on edge and a little abnormal, the effect is better. As regards CT or MR result, there is difference between the effective group and the ineffective group. The result of CT and MR is negative, the effect is better, and the effect to demyelination and leukoencephalopathy is most worst.However,for the tipe of much abnormality, the effect is the most worst.The effect is related to course of disease.The effect is better if the course is shorter.There is no difference in the tipe of disease the symptoms before episode, the frequency of episode, the inducing reasons, the age, sex and so on.

病程的长短与疗效存在负相关关系，病程越长疗效越差；疗程与疗效存在正相关关系，疗程越长疗效越好；疗前脑电图的异常程度与疗效存在负相关关系，正常、边缘及轻度异常者，疗效较好，重度异常者疗效最差；无效组与有效组在CT及MR检查结果上有差异，有阴性者疗效好，阳性者疗效差，脱髓鞘及脑白质病疗效最差的趋势；疗效与性别无相关性；无效组与有效组在发作类型、既往病史、辨证分型、发作先兆、疗前发作频率、诱因、发病年龄、就诊前所用药物方面无差异。

In this thesis, we find that dlg is indispensible in the establishment of anterior-posterior and dorsal-ventral polarity of drosophila oocyte. Removal of Dlg function from the posterior follicle cells using the FLP/FRT system leads to disruption of oocyte skeleton reconstruction that is elicited by the failure of those posterior cells to differentiate normally in mid-oogenesis. We demonstrate that abnormity of Notch, JAK-STAT and EGFR signal pathway in dlg mutants contributes to this aberrant differentiation. dlg null mutant also blocks the normal differentiation of two groups of anterior follicle cell-stretched cell and centripetal cell, but not border cell, with a lower penetrance. However unlike the result in posterior follicle cells, Notch and JAK-STAT signaling are both undisrupted in all mutant anterior follicle cells, implying other fate determinants may be involved.

我们的研究发现，后端滤泡细胞中的Dlg在果蝇卵子发生中期卵母细胞前后轴和背腹轴建立过程中也是必须的，PFC中dlg完全缺失型突变引起PFC的分化异常，导致卵子发生中期卵母细胞骨架重组异常，Stau、Grk等极性决定蛋白定位错误。dlg突变阻碍了Notch、JAK-STAT、EGFR等调节PFC分化的信号通路的激活。dlg突变的PFC也没有获得前端滤泡细胞命运。dlg突变不影响前端滤泡细胞群中边界细胞的分化，但是在一定程度上影响伸展细胞和向心细胞的分化，并且这种影响不依赖于前端滤泡细胞Notch或JAK-STAT信号激活的异常。

According to different types of abnormal pressure,computation model for quantitative control on the abnormal pressure was set up to meet the needs of efficient and safe drilling in oil-gas fields.Some important parameters were calculated that include reasonable shut-in time,maximum flowing yield and the best flowing time of the injection wells,and reasonable bottom hole flowing pressure,extra oil production and stimulation moment of the production wells.The quantitative computational methods of them were derived.Three methods were applied to one undrilled adjustment well T1 in certain oil-gas field achieving quantitative control to the abnormal pressure in the adjustment well.

考虑到油气田高效、安全钻井的需要，依据不同的压力异常类型，建立了定量控制异常压力的计算模型，确定了注水井合理关井停注时间、最大放溢量和最佳放溢时机以及生产井合理井底流压、增产量和增产时机等参数，给出了计算公式，推导出了注水井最佳关井停注时间、注水井最佳放溢量和生产井合理的增产量的定量计算方法，并通过某油气田的一口待钻调整井(T1井)对3种方法进行了验证，实现了对调整井异常高压的定量控制。
