结果：58例重复异位妊娠保守治疗全部成功，其中，39例1个疗程MTX化疗血β-HCG下降至正常，4例2个疗程MTX化疗痊愈，7例第2个疗程联合米非司酮治疗成功。

结果 14例异位妊娠发生在输卵管(9例位于壶腹部，4例位于伞端，1例位于间质部)，1例发生在卵巢；CT表现盆腔囊实性肿块，密度高低不均，与周围组织分界不清，增强后囊壁强化或局部血管样强化而内部无强化，合并盆腔积血。
