Objective To compare the fertility outcome after laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.

目的 比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠后的生育结局。

Estrogen can cause fetal congenital heart defects, large vascular malformation, hydrocephalus, cerebral meningocele, visceral malformations, hydrocephalus, meningeal, bulging, visceral malformations, feminization of male fetus, penile deformity , cervical abnormalities, but also easy to cause miscarriage, stillbirth and ectopic pregnancy.

雌激素可引起胎儿先天性心脏缺陷，大血管畸形，脑积水，脑脊膜膨出，内脏畸形，脑积水，脑脊膜，膨出，内脏畸形，男胎女性化，阴茎畸形，宫颈畸形等，还易引起流产，死胎和异位妊娠。2、黄体酮可使妇胎生殖器男性化，出现阴蒂肥大，阴唇吻合等。3、先锋霉素：可通过胎盘屏障碍进入羊水中，对胎儿的安全性有影响。4、如有子宫收缩可引起先兆流产或先兆早产，应去医院请医生处方遵医嘱应用硫酸舒喘灵等舒缓平滑肌收缩的药物直至子宫收缩停止。

Results 80 cases of female pelvic masses,among them 8 cases ectopic pregnancy,16 cases leiomyoma of uterus,12 cases ovarian cyst,10 cases teratoma of ovary,12 cases oophoroma,8 cases ondometrial carcinoma and 12 cases cases cervical carcinoma.

结果 80例女性盆腔包块，其中异位妊娠8例，子宫平滑肌瘤16例，卵巢囊肿12例，卵巢畸胎瘤10例，卵巢癌14例，子宫内膜癌8例，宫颈癌12例。

The salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.Conclusion The laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.But not too early.

腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。
