The thesis is made up of four part:Part one: introduction and base theories of susytainable development.Part two: contrast analysis on the target system of sustainable development, the design of targer system in LangFang city.Part three: The positive illustrative of sustainable development in LangFang: The evaluation indicator system and evaluation model of He Bei province sustainable development was put forward applying the systems analysis method. This paper analyzes the sustainable development status of 11 cites via SAS and improved AHP as well as illuminates the key principles of the Principal Component Analysis and AHP. Based on the result, this paper ranges 11 cites by the level of the sustainable development status, and then, appraises the sustainable development of cites synthetically in LangFang.Part four: sustainable development strategy of LangFang city.

具体内容包括以下四部分：第一部分，绪论和可持续发展基本理论；第二部分，国内外可持续发展评估指标体系的对比分析及廊坊市可持续发展评估体系的构建；第三部分：廊坊市可持续发展实证分析：阐述并运用系统分析、多元统计方法中的主成分分析、层次分析和聚类分析等数量方法，借助统计分析软件SAS、Eveiws和SPSS对廊坊市及其他11市区的可持续发展状况进行了数量分析，在此基础上得出11市区的可持续发展水平评估综合排名，同时对廊坊市六县、两区、两市进行了聚类分析和综合评价；第四部分：提出适合廊坊市可持续发展的经济发展、社会进步、资源环境系统及其人力资源开发具有可操作性的战略对策，这是本论文的最终落脚点。

By analyzing the flow-style working pattern,the technical mechanism integrated with production step balance, manufacturing resource group construction, dynamic production priority was presented. Manufacturing resource group allocating algorithm was put forward, which can smooth the requirement differences among the procedures. Computational method of the number of work-in-progress between the procedures with different processing time was constructed. Then I construct the dynamic model of the sustainable development in economic in Yichun, in order to find the reciprocities among the population, resource and economics to provide more scientific data to the deciders. From the model, we can get the sustainable mode in the forestry resource-based cities.

本文就是在这种背景下，研究林业资源型城市的经济可持续发展问题，探讨林业资源开发与经济可持续发展的耦合关系，以及林业资源型城市经济发展存在的问题及经济衰退原因，并通过建立伊春市发展的系统动力学模型，进而揭示出城市发展过程中，人口、资源、经济之间的相互作用关系，为决策者做出正确的决策提供更加科学准确的技术支持，试图找出林业资源型城市可持续发展的系统优化模式，同时，把系统动力学方法引入林业资源型城市经济可持续发展研究领域，为解决相关问题探索一种新的方法与思路。
