Basing costumers requirement, we design and develop Measurement and Control System Platform based Embedded System. In this thesis,I argumentate the whole scheme of Embedded Measurement and Control System Platform : Microsoft Windows CE RTOS and Intel StrongArm 1110 microprocesser;The communication ports including 10M Ethernet port , 9 pin RS232 port and GPIO.

In this thesis, the method of combining neural network with Expert System has been used for fault diagnosis in ore grinding firstly, while wavelet analysis is also used for signal process. Ore Grinding Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Consult System is developed.

The data acquisition system of this system adopts configuration software MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System), the establishment of the database , the display of real-time data and historical data , design of the interface, connection of the cartoon and the realization of different curves such as course curve of noise and temperature , course curve of pressure fluctuation and course curve of work efficiency , etc. are finished in development and design of the data acquisition system. 本系统的数据采集系统采用组态软件MCGS，在数据采集系统的开发与设计中，完成数据库的建立，实时数据与历史数据的显示、界面的设计，动画的连接，各种曲线的实现，如噪音与温度过程曲线、压力脉动过程曲线和工作效率过程曲线等；对振动理论做了较为深入的研究，并将理论与实际泵站结合，对该泵站的数据进行频谱分析，并得到初步的诊断结果。

In the first part, one of the multibody system theories and methods— Huston's method based on Kane's equation is systematically summarized. By using this method, the existing design problems of two main machines—wheel loader and hydraulic excavator in the field of construction machinery have been solved, and also the software KDOSCM which includes multibody system kinematic and dynamic analysis, optimization , motion simulation and static force analysis is developed for construction machinery.

With the application of theory and technology of programmable logic controller -PLC, the control system of transplanting potted seedlings manipulator was developed. First, the hardware of control system for transplanting seedlings manipulator was designed in detail, including the implement components, electrical control components and sensors. Then the design and selection of cylinder, solenoid valve and travel switch, configuration of I/O interface and wiring of PLC were completed and ladder chart and repertoire were drawn up.
